Hi,

I ordered two products (Product ID VM 22015426 and VM[protected] from their official website.

I had raised the return request for both the products within 15 days of receiving them.

AWB number - [protected]

The delivery boy came to pick up a returned product (VM[protected] with a return waybill number is [protected].I still haven't received the refund for this.

Also, they are not sending any delivery boy to pick up another product VM22015426.

Please help me in getting the refund. They show incorrect image on website and when the product is received it is completely different.

I have not received the refund amount against the maroon tote bag purchased from VERO MODA which I returned the article on 08/08/2021. I have reached out to them for the same but of no avail.

Hi there. I have ordered vero moda shoes from myntra. But i got defective product. I immediately put return request. But myntra cancelled my return request twice. Then i raise issue on the app. Myntra close the ticket without resolving it. Myntra is harassing me. Kindly resolve my issue.

I had ordered for a shrug and due to size issue i returned the same on 16/06/2020. They promised refund but after many emails they have still not refunded the amount

Hi team,

I have tried multiple times to connect on customer care of vero moda. I have returned three products which i ordered from vero moda site and now they are not replying me and it's been so many days they are not refunding my money. I want money in my source payment bank account. I think they should give me status update whatever it is.
