Hi, I have tried all possible ways to contact you and get an update on my refund but there is no response whatsoever, twitter, mails calls nothing!
The appointment was Cancelled before the biometrics and I was supposed to get my refund 2 months ago!
There has been ticket already raised but no one bothers to respond.
