I had applied for uk business visa from vfs bangalore on[protected], they claim to process the application for emergency visa in 5 working days, charging rupees 20, 000 addition to 10, 000 for application in the first place.
Its been one month, there is no email communication on the delay or any notice.
They have taken email id and mobile number as well.
I had an event in uk on[protected] with ticket and invitation letter, i have lost time to arrange another person for travel in case mine was rejected. It costed me 3000 pounds + sample delivery charges of 1000 pounds, not to mentioned the damage and business damage it has caused. We cannot enter europe market for one year now.
I had to travel to vietnam and usa post that, for business meeting, visas already availed, they are also in jeopardy.
While handing over the document, they have put big boards, stating we are responsible for your documents and website even today claims pay 20, 000 and get it processed in 5 days.
Even to contact uk embassy, no matter its our mistake or theirs, to contact them i need to pay pound 1.37 per min + international call charges. Email is charged 6 pounds. Now if they commit mistake, charge us exorbitant charges on fast track, then to follow up we pay per min and later nothing is refunded nor any responsibility taken for delay as well.
The solution is that they have failed to deliver in time and they should take the responsibility of the situation. I would like to claim the damages caused by this act of irresponsibility towards an indian citizen

I have raised complaint with u. K embassy as well (Communication reference number:[protected]

I have also written this concern to pm office on narendra modi app, as indian citizens are taken for granted, just because we belong to an economically lower status, but we do pay all the charges these foreign companies as for and yet no responsibility is ever taken by these entities (Registration number pmopg/e/2019/0135179).
