Vfs Global — Inefficienct / Scam /

The prime issue is VFS is not capable of handling the appointment slots from multiple indian users.

I was looking to book a belgium - Business Visa. The Helpdesk guy said, please go direct walk in for the visa application appointment. We went there and rules were changed.

We got on to helpdesk, they said, the cancelled slot is available for next day 18th august in mumbai. We tried to book from 3 IP address, but were unable to book as there was an issue with their payment system. It said try after 2 hours and the slot just went to someone else.

Result :
We have invested 1.5 Lakh rupees for air ticket, hotel reservations and travel insurances from the misleading information of VFS belgium helpdesk support. Cancellation will cost us a decent amount.

We dont have any appointment for now and we cant submit our file to visa application centre.

Business Visa and Business trips are never planned. So, I kindly request the embassies to allow emergency cases a walk in drive.

Due to all poor issues, I am very sad to see that things are poorly managed in India.

Note : VFS should give up the application process to some deserving countries, as this is causing a great trouble to the people as they dont have any option in India.

1. Issue with the appointment slot system.
2. Misleading and wrong information from VFS helpdesk.
3. Poor customer support.
4. Lack of knowledgeable staff.
