Vfs Global — Need refund , scammed by VFS employee

I have filled Poland type d visa application form by myself . The form is available at Poland gov's website below
https://www.gov.pl/web/india/d-type-national-visa

But, I was told by the VFS Kolkata centre ( visited Counter No. 15, 5th floor on 7th Oct, 2022 2:30 PM)
that my form is outdated and that I have to quickly get it filled by availing their service and pay extra 2000 rupees for the same.

I trusted them and paid 2000 rupees to get it filled but when I compared both the forms, I realized that both are exactly same.

Shamelessly they are duping customers like this. They should apologize and refund my money.
