Vfs Global — Rude behaviour by VFS global staff at mahalaxmi centre

I visited the VFS Centre at Mahalaxmi mumbai. On 27th sept 21 for my application to netherlands. The manager refused to accept my application without being fuly vaccinated. I requested that since I need visa as per govt guidelines to prepone my second dose he bluntly refused and said this is a new guideline and we cannot accept. I don't have a problem with their new norm. Problem is why is it this norm not clearly mentioned on the appointment page. When I asked the in-charge about this he said it's going to be updated soon on the Netherlands visa page I asked him if this is mandatory it should be clearly mentioned on the VFS page before accepting the appointment charges. I understand it's the customers responsibility to read the terms and conditions and then apply but there has to be a courteous way to deal with a customer. I'm physically disabled and the VFS Staff have been laughing and making a fool while I have been requesting them to help me with this problem. I'm seriously disappointed with the staffs behaviour since I kept requesting them to show me this guideline as they rejected to accept my application. I don't mind abiding by the guideline but atleast the VFS Staff can show me where this norm is mentioned so that I admit my mistake and rebook another appointment. Don't expect such a behaviour form staff of a premium agency like VFS. I' have taken my second dose and now waiting to reapply. I feel cheated for the appointment charges since they earlier asked me to come with the same appointment and later they said u have to book a fresh appointment after 14 days of 2nd dose.
