Vgn — Failed in commitment, poor customer service and rude behaviour of staff in vgn

Vgn is very poor in their commitment. As per agreement and their commitment that for all 1bhk they will credit pre-emi amount to our account 1 day before month end. So that their banking partner indiabulls will deduct pre-emi from our account on last working day of every month. Br / br / i have booked flat in dec 2013. Till now even for a single month they have paid the pre-emi on time. Every month i am incurring around 1000 rupees as cheque bounce charge in my bank. Br / br / i have asked them to credit atleast within first few days of every month. This even after 15 days they have not credit the pre-emi to my account. Br / br / when i asked they are very in replying. Br / br / as committed they are supposed to handover the flat to me on dec 2015. Since i am staying near by the site, the way they are working seems, it will take atleast another 2 years to complete. Still they haven't started around 5 blocks. Br / br / very poor in commitment. I am regretting now that i have done mistake by buying flat in this vgn.
