Vgn brent park is cmda approved, if you check the back side of the cmda (Greater chennai - planning permission document) approval they clearly mention disclaimer as given below

"by giving permission we do not confirm the applicant is the absolute owner of the land"

So please dont think that cmda approval...

We made the booking for vgn, fairmont, guindy (Flat no:b1-7e) on nov 2018 and applied for the home loan at state bank of india. The loan was not getting clear and we came to know about the court case and ed issue. It was a huge risk and we discussed this with mariyam. She assured complete refund as it was the case of ed. We canceled our booking on 2nd feb 2019.

I want to share my rather painful experience with vgn. I booked a plot in vgn mayfield park more than 3 months back by paying 5% (~ rs. 2.75 lacs) in advance. At the time of advance itself, we clearly mentioned in writing that we agree to cancellation rules only upon successful legal verification of documents. It took vgn 3 months to even accept the fact they don't have some of the very critical documents and we did not want to proceed after...

My Name is Vinod i am staying in VGN Built House in Ayapakkam, VGN Platina. The builder Promised to provide STP plant as part of plan. As promised the builder provided the STP plan but was not a capable one. The STP build malfunctioned very early in about 2-3 months. Since this was not built as per the standards. We have complained this through association number of times but of no use and the hope of getting this rectified was gone in vain....

But later due to personal financial issue I could not continue. I have asked for refund.
He called me other day, got my mobile and Aadhaar OTP for refund. But I didn’t get the refund amount.

I have been following for a year now. No proper customer service, as he got the OTP of mine I feel Satheesh took my refund to his account.
I see complete fraud activity with your customer service agent.Please get my refund of 50k if not we have to proceed with legal complaint for my refund with your customer service agent on cheating.

Hi, I am an existing customer in VGN bloom plot no - 41. We completed our registration on September 2022, then I got patta copy after few months of registration. My husband is working in our of station, I am having new born infant in my hand, it's not possible for me to approach the VGN office directly. In my patta copy there is a mistake in East side is - 12.7 and west 12.8 is the measurement but in patta manual drawing is wrong in that they have mentioned both sides with 12.8 as per the document it's wrong. So many times I reached the concerned person to rectify the mistake but the staff is telling silly reasons.

My question is though VGN service is perfect, u will be charging each and everything...For this patta you charged 20K . If I approached directly means it's 10K only. But still I don't have proper man power, we are ok with the VGN package. But when the mistake is happenes means it's also your responsibility to rectify it.

I contacted the concerned person more than a month, but i didn't get any solution. Even she didn't opened my messages also. I will attach the screenshot below. I call her she asked me to text in WhatsApp, but she never opened it. I told her many times my partner is in our of station, I am having 2 month girl baby and we are going for plan approval for the past 3 months.

I need a solution for my issues. Or return my 20K I will directly contact the tasildar office.

I have attached the mistake patta copy with the reference of my document and chat with VGN staff.

I am so glad that i can purchase an apartment here, the locality is really great.

VGN Stafford is a four floored apartment .The Elevator in Block B went out of service 2 weeks back and we had this reported with VGN Maintenance Team who is handling the Block maintenance for 1 year We have been receiving false commitments from them that the said elevator will be fixed in 2 days over the last 2 weeks but till now the elevator is not fixed yet .There are senior citizens, very elderly and people with medical conditions here who are struggling to climb stairs in order to reach their home .The elevator issue is causing a stress to every home in B-Block .Please help mediate this issue and take it to closure
