VGN Jewellers — No refund received for Gold Saving Schemes

I had 2 accounts with VGN Jewellers (Card No. UCR24AT016836 - Ashish C. Tiwari and Card No. UCR24AT016837 - Anand C. Tiwari) in Gold Saving Schemes with montly installments of 2000 per card starting 17/10/2018 until maturity of 17/10/2020 which was later extended to 17/01/2021 which was also not refunded.

We are still waiting for our refund but there is no communication from any of the authorities.
