A) I had deposited following amounts with VGN Jwellers :

1. Receipt No.35 dated. 12.7.20. for Rs.500000 matured on 12.7.21

2. Receiot No.34 dated 22.7.20 for Rs.300000 matured 22.7.21

Copies if the receipts are enclosed.

b) I have been following up with VGN Jwelerrs for my deposit amount with interest since maturity.

c) They have not yet returned my deposit amount along with interest as agreed by them while depositing the money.

I, my mother and my husband had invested in VGN gold fund and chit fund however during covid they were not ready to give full amount back and asking to reinvest our gold fund amount is maturity and rmall mulund west is closed and VGN Jewellers is also closed and we haven't got our money back yet and noone is picking up the phone too.pls tell us what to do my mother is senior citizen .

We have invested all our saving in gold scheme and chit fund from past 4 years. But we are not able to contact them and shops are also closed. I want my hard earned money back

This complaints against Mr. Veerath Nair [protected] owner of V.G.N. jewellery, where I was invested 30k date 14.8.2018, date of maturity 14.4.2020, I was in village & kept calling but nobody answered & could't come due to covid at that time, I came from village from that day I daily visit showroom but it was closed & not returning answer. I hereby request please help me to return my money because am poor financial weak women.

I have invested in Gold fund VGN Dombivali branch, but inspite of repeated followup not got my money back. Fraud peoples.

Myself and my family relatives deposited money in monthly gold plan for last 2 years. We have tried to get our money but couldn't, now the shop was closed. Pls help us to get our money back.

We have invested for gold and it had matured from last may 2020 but they are not giving our money back neither gold no money

VGN is not returning my funds investment for Gold purchase. They issued me 5 cheque last September and we're not honoured. Not getting any response. I have invested to use the funds for the marriage of my daughter. Ii want help in getting my money back.

My mother has been investing in VGN Jewellers for years and now they are not returning back the money after maturity. It has been over a year now

Its been more then 7 months now that I should have received my fund, which I have paid to Vgn jewellers for last 2 years but still didn't received my fund from them, so please do something about it, like me there are many people who didn't received their money from Vgn jewellers so please take some strict action against them.

I am having a monthly investment scheme in gold chit funds with VGN Mulund, which was matured in December 2020.On visit to showroom in Dec they said it will be settled in March 2021due to pandemic.In April again when we visited they did not give our funds saying they cannot settle now .With great difficulty we have managed to make small savings .

My maturity date is jun20 its being one year no answer received from this guys neither they are answering calls nor providing clear picture..I am suffering from disease now and I really required my money back for my treatment. I tell them but they r taking casually. Kindly take action against this fraud people. Every time they give excuses when we r visiting their showroom. They dont have exact date and answer wheater we will get pur money-back or not. Pls arrest this cheaters.

The VGN jewellers in Mulund, Mumbai are refusing to pay back our funds which we have deposited in 5 years. This scheme is a scam, please help us in this. We want someone to take this matter in their hands and help us....

We have our monthly chit fund with vgn jewellers. We have deposited good amount of money with them, despite their showroom been locked due to the lockdown, we tried reaching them on calls and mails, but we didn't get any response over more than 4 months.

This is with respect to the sale of bangle to VGN (originally bought from VGN). As per invoice the repurchase price will be 5% less than the price of Gold in VGN for 22 karat. On 21st Dec 2015, the rate was Rs. 2550 for 22 karat gold. As per the terms and conditions mentioned in the invoice, the calculation should be as below: Actual VGN Jewellers Weight while buying (Gram) 13 13 Weight while Selling (Gram) 12.83 12.5 Calculation of 91.6% 11.45 Rate (for 91.6% purity) 2550 2550 Amount 32716.5 29197.5 5 % deduction 1635.83 1459.88 Amount after deduction 31080.68 27737.63 From the above table, following is my complain: As per terms and conditions, the purity should be 91.60% i.e. 22 karat and the rate shall be of 91.60% i.e. Rs. 2550 per gram. In above table the bangle was of 91.60 % purity then there is no need of the re-computation of 91.60% of weight.
