Vhf Selve Farm Development — no yield return as assured and no whereabouts of the company

I purchased a farm land under account no. Vhd/me/mct/10220/95 in bluemoon garden city coimbatore and after few years allotted one more as gift settlement deed in 2003 and after that no whereabout. Earlier while allotting we were assured given wrong ideas to give lots of freebies and while trying to contact also all efforts invain. Many people are affected by this cheater and sorry to know he the said jegannathan has passed away and his cheater son has taken it and sold it to some developers and not responding to any of the investors.
