I had invested in two plots of 10, 000ft2 each in VHF Selve Kodaiview Dam City Phase XX1VA i 1995.

I was paid small dividend for one year for the fruit garden returns but apparently none of the promised 52 teak trees per plot were nurtured due mismanagement by VHF and the death of the owner Jagganathan. His son Bharath is an evasive and non interested party who has not intentions of refunding any of the monies invested or buyback...

I purchased a farm land under account no. Vhd/me/mct/10220/95 in bluemoon garden city coimbatore and after few years allotted one more as gift settlement deed in 2003 and after that no whereabout. Earlier while allotting we were assured given wrong ideas to give lots of freebies and while trying to contact also all efforts invain. I purchased a property in " VHF SELVE VATICAN GARDEN CITY," PHASE VI, UNIT 68. At Hosur in 1993.

I agree with all comments and participants and would like to proceed and take legal action against Barath for cheating us of our hard earned money. we have paid him money for the land, maintenance and patta.

I AM AN NRI AND PARICIPATED IN VHFSELVE FARM PVT LIMTED I PROJECT IN THE YEAR 1994, AS PER AGRREMENT THEY STARTED MAKING SMALL AMOUNT INCOME YIELD FROM PROJECT.
