I purchased plot a/c no.VHF/RUS/3371 from Dr M.Jaganathan, Chairman, MD VHF Selve farm houses P Ltd and I got the original document registered and sale deed no.8894/1999, accordingly I got the unit number 113 in phase XXXI VHF Selve Kodai View Teak Estate, Vaigai and documents also recd I want to know whether I can sell both these properties and get the mon ey as per the current market rate (including teak woods) can you just give us the contact number of son.

There are several NRI investors in the Gulf who are suffering as a result of investing in V H F Selve Farm Development. My father and one of his colleagues invested during 1992 in Phase I. During 1995, I had brought a Farm Land from Dr M.Jaganathan, Chairman of VHF Selve Farm Development. The following sites Hosur Phase 11 VHF selve Dam Top View Garden and Mettupalya Phase XVIII Blue Hill Garden City which i had purchased was given some yield of about Rs.4000-Rs.6000 per year. Later he took back the sales deed papers of the previous sites and suggested RUS due to litigation. But he has not registered it in my name. Now I see that many are facing similar issues and i suggest that we form an association and take legal action on our issues.

I am also one of the buyers in Blue moon city and Kodai view dam city project, can somebody guide me as to what action can be taken against the son of Jagannathan who does not even has the manners how to talk to the clients and hear their grievances.

Even I am one of the buyers of Kodai View Dam city, phase no. 24... we got to get together and do something about this.

I am reading all these comments of last year. have we done any association to get together. If yes can anybody let me know the details.

I too purchased two plots from Dr. Jaganadn when he came to Kuwait in 1993. He gave me My account No.VHF/ME/KWT/1470/93 and an identification card together with the deeds documents in my name. Also he made an agreement with me to be the care taker to do agriculture for twenty years. Initially he sent me some money for two years but then he stopped sending money. As I understand he did the same with so many and now his son is in power since he died. I am ready to join others in making any movements to retrieve money with interest. I also became a victim of Jaganathen's cheating. Apart from the land value Jaganathan also collected Rs. 18000.- towards getting the patta in my name and he provided the patta to me. I think that was his trap to collect money from his customers to collect money in the name of patta. I think it is now very late to take action to get back the original investment with interest from day one of our investment as he had charged very high price for a desert like land. I am ready to join hands to take any action against the fraud company.

I am also one of the unfortunate victims of the fraud and had paid Rs 70000 in 1994 and was paid about Rs 2, 000 one time. They showed us our purported land. I had called their office and one lady Lucy answered and told me to contact again in September on the same number. I asked if the land can be sold but was told to contact in Sept. My unit no 198 area 4800 Sq feet Ph 17 in VHF Selve Jack Garden City in Hosur.

I am also victim of the same kind, I had purchsed plots when I was working in Muscat The Sultanate Of Oman, in the year 1993.
In 2007 I had visited Hosur and met Mr. Bharat to inquire about my investment, he told me that I have to pay Rs. 18, 000 towards making the plot in my name, visited the plot and found that the teak trees had grown to around 5 inches in dia. I inquired with Bharat as to when can the teak be cut and payment made to me, he said that it will take another 4 to 5 years.I sent him the money andreceived a receipt for it.
Last month I found an agent in Bangalore who made a trip to Hosur and he informed me that there are no teak trees, only four stone pillers in four corners, I feel that Bharat has cut the teak trees and has cheated me.I have tried to contact him on his mobile, but it is switched off once I managed to get him on line and when I inquired about the teak trees he cut the line, ever since he has changed his mobile number.
My plots are as follows.

Unit No 747, Phase No 21 VHF Sleve Kodia View Teak Estate Aera 2400 sq ft ( Two Thousand Four Hundred).
As suggested by some members, that we all should form a group and thke action against VHF.
