Vi — Mistake while recharging

I am reaching out with a sincere request regarding my father’s Vi number ([protected]), which he has been using for over 10 years. At 82 years old, he relies on a basic keypad phone for his communication needs. His current annual plan is set to expire on 26-May-25.

While recharging his account on 20-May-25, I accidentally selected a data plan instead of a voice plan, resulting in an incorrect recharge of Rs. 1189. This was an honest mistake, and I called Vodafone Customer care to resolve the issue, however they said as per policy there is no support possible.

I kindly request your help in getting the amount transferred to a voice plan so my father can continue using his number seamlessly. I am more than willing to pay any additional amount required as per the appropriate voice plan.
