Since VI is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit vi showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with...

I had mistakenly recharged for Rs299 to my old mobile number when I needed to recharge my new mobile number. Kindly make the refund and resolve the issue.

I am the user of vi postpaid, I choose 299 plan per month but I got the bill up to 700 and than I not paided that bills so they have deactivated my number for 4months, in that 4 moths also I got bill of 1400 for 4months with the deactivated number, so please understand my problem this not only my problem all the vi postpaid users are facing this issue, so kindly please take complaint.

I convert my idea prepaid to postpaid.but card deactivated by giving reason of address varification. I am Taking follow up from last 3 days but no one resolve my issues. This is a worst experience. I am a employee & not able to communicate due to it. VI is not trust worthy now....

Please add one more recharge plan for data only as 200 GB data for 56 days. This we need for working from home jobs....

I am complaint last week against the problem of message is not coming through my vi no. its token id is[protected] and[protected]. But, still no action can take regarding it. I didn't received my messages regarding my exam & result, otp etc. my no is connected from my bank account. even i can't check my status of complaint because it required otp for it. kindly do the necessary regarding it....

I recently switched to vodafone (Jan 2023), and to this day I experience poor connectivity. Upload download speed, 4g availability, call quality everything is pathetic. I have also paid for a whole year, so can't switch to another network. I also contacted customer care, raised complaints several times, but avail no improvement. This is my last resort. When I contact to vi customer care they told me, go to nearest VI store and verify your doc again. When I bought new vi sim at that time I had already verified my document. Then why I verify my document again?

My Vodafone SIM card is not operational since about two months. It says SIM access error and shows zero signals i.e, no calls, messages or data. I had also recharged it but it went useless.
I have also tried contacting Vi customer care and follow their instructions, but the issue still isn't resolved.
Please note that the issue is with our SIM only and not with the neighbors with same SIM in our area.

I didn't subscribed any VAS (Handset Inbuilt game) but they have charged INR 25/- past two months without my knowledge & Notices.
This is not fair to grab the customer money in this way....

So I wanted to port my number to a cheaper service provider but I'm unable to send SMS to 1900 for the same. I've already tried recharging with a combo pack of more than Rs 200, additional top up, changing the SMS centre, settings in my handset for premium text. But still no result. br...

I randomly got this message. I have not accessed any games or whatever. This has happened twice 50 Rupees cut without any action from me. This is on VI mobile service....
