Number reported by unknown person to law enforcement agency for deactivating it without my consent or permission for vi number [protected] in July 2025. kindly look into this urgently and ask concern department to activate this number as it belongs to me and not to the person who has reported this number illegally....

Since VI is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.

I got a new Vi sim card on 4/8/22. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 days and then I have to dial 59050 for tele verification. I have tried for more than 3 days - but upon dialing 59059, the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. There are network bars showing on my phone for the sim, but I am not being able to get through to 59050 for tele verification. Vi customer care so far has been of zero use....

[protected] - I am a VI Datacard customer from past 5 years.The Data connection is so slow that I cannot watch Netflix or Amazon on my Television and also I am unable to connect my office VPN using the VI Datacard whereas all of this works absolutely fine with the Airtel Fibre at my home.
The staff at VI Gallery checked the connection and found it was working fine when connected to the mobile but that does not help me since my mobile...

Dear team,
I called the VI customer service manier times regarding my area network, they always stated me that the network work is under process and it has been more than 3 years but the network issue is same in my village . We are not able to make calls and it's useless to talk about internet connection - worst at it's stage .
Please look through my matter of concern.
None of the network provider is providing good...

With heavy heart I've to inform that the condition of your internet service is very pathetic in my area. During daytime, the internet becomes so slow that even turtles can finish their race, but website won't load. I've complained numerous times in past few months, but the service doesn't seem to improve. Even a representative from the company visited my location to deal with the issue but couldn't resolve so far.br...

Yesterday, I recharged my vi number with a basic plan of ₹39 which gives ₹30 talktime and 100mb, money got deducted from my bank account, the recharge was shown successful, but still I am unable to make calls as it is constantly saying that MY OUTGOING CALLS HAVE BEEN EXPIRED.
Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible...

I have done recharge on my vi number [protected] for Rs.249 on 7/06/2021 through paytm and amount was deducted from my account.But the recharge was shown pending and there was no confirmation message .On the same day evening I again done the recharge through google pay from another account and it was succesful and my amount was deducted and confirmation message came.Eventhough in first case no confirmation message came, now it is showing that...

After that recharge i try calling customer care
to get any means of help from them but they Didn't respond me properly.
So, I'm looking forward to receive help regarding this problem. Like refunding money or reversal recharge process.

Mistake while recharging
I am reaching out with a sincere request regarding my father’s Vi number ([protected]), which he has been using for over 10 years. At 82 years old, he relies on a basic keypad phone for his communication needs. His current annual plan is set to expire on 26-May-25.
While recharging his account on 20-May-25, I accidentally selected a data plan instead of a voice plan, resulting in an incorrect recharge of Rs. 1189. This was an honest mistake, and I called Vodafone Customer care to resolve the issue, however they said as per policy there is no support possible.
I kindly request your help in getting the amount transferred to a voice plan so my father can continue using his number seamlessly. I am more than willing to pay any additional amount required as per the appropriate voice plan.

Illegal tower
Dear Sir/Madam
I'm a Resident of E-4/19, Ground floor, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi-85 I would like to draw your attention towards Mr. Iqbal Singh residentof E-4/19, Second floor who had illegally installed a huge Internet Mobile Tower with a very heavy Generator on his roof. Whole building structure has weakened & stones from the front elevation terrace/ roof top fell 2-3 times. Sometime ago a part of the building fell down from the roof on the front side where the tower is installed, apart from that it is severely affecting our health, My Grandfather who is 92 years old and an army Major retired living with us, his health is becoming very vulnerable because of the radiation of that tower. Even after repeated requests, he isreluctant to remove the tower and threatens us. He's greedy & making money at the cost of health of other habitants as he is earning rent from that Internet Tower. Due to lack of civil senses, he has damaged the whole building badly. RWA also requested these fellows to remove the tower from this residence colony.
I request you to pls do the needful.

VI is charging more bills for the postpaid users

I am the user of vi postpaid, I choose 299 plan per month but I got the bill up to 700 and than I not paided that bills so they have deactivated my number for 4months, in that 4 moths also I got bill of 1400 for 4months with the deactivated number, so please understand my problem this not only my problem all the vi postpaid users are facing this issue, so kindly please take complaint.

Sim not activated even after giving right address from last 3days
I convert my idea prepaid to postpaid.but card deactivated by giving reason of address varification. I am Taking follow up from last 3 days but no one resolve my issues. This is a worst experience. I am a employee & not able to communicate due to it. VI is not trust worthy now.

Not receiving message on vi sim
I am complaint last week against the problem of message is not coming through my vi no. its token id is[protected] and[protected]. But, still no action can take regarding it. I didn't received my messages regarding my exam & result, otp etc. my no is connected from my bank account. even i can't check my status of complaint because it required otp for it. kindly do the necessary regarding it.

I’m trying to port my sim from VI to Jio while sending a message getting an error “ UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”Documnets submitted at VI care near GT mall store kindly do the needful if any further details or documents will be required I’ll send it

Poor connectivity
I recently switched to vodafone (Jan 2023), and to this day I experience poor connectivity. Upload download speed, 4g availability, call quality everything is pathetic. I have also paid for a whole year, so can't switch to another network. I also contacted customer care, raised complaints several times, but avail no improvement. This is my last resort. Please help.
