    My balance is being deducted automatically saying that i have accessed some inbuilt games which i didn't. This has been going on since last year March 2021. I need a refund of all my balance from last year till date. This is pure cheating. U can't auto deduct balance from your customers for your benefit. And if this continues and i dint get my refund i will stop using vi services forever....

    I ordered vi sim card online on 22 april 2022 this sim card has been delivered to me but this sim card is showing no signal i have repeatedly called customer care about it

      Dear customer support team,

      Past more than 1 month we have seen major drop in the network with no phone working and we have more than 100 connections of Vodafone at office.

      We are located at one of the marquee building in 6th floor, Two horizon centre, golf course road gurgaon, haryana.

      Request you to install network booster in our office as soon as possible.

      I have not subscribed for English seekho but charging me 21rs per week. Please stop pickpocketing customers and do very shameful and dishonest job as it is very low for a big company like VI.
