Vi — Red signal on VI Datacard so unable to connect to internet

[protected] - I am a VI Datacard customer from past 5 years.The Data connection is so slow that I cannot watch Netflix or Amazon on my Television and also I am unable to connect my office VPN using the VI Datacard whereas all of this works absolutely fine with the Airtel Fibre at my home.
The staff at VI Gallery checked the connection and found it was working fine when connected to the mobile but that does not help me since my mobile already has internet connection. They suggested that I should get the device repaired from any mobile repair shop which I am not willing to do.
The call center person who called me after the mail sent by me simply said that she could only raise a request for network issues although I clearly told her that network is not an issue and that the real problem is in the device.
The network guy also told me that network is fine and for device issues I must go to the VI outlet and the guys at the VI outlet simply raise their hands saying that they cannot do anything about the device and asked me to buy the new VI dongle for Rs. 2000. So i am going round and round and nobody is resolving my issue. Meanwhile, I continue to pay hefty bills even though I have hardly used any data in the past 8 months or so.
