Unable to port my mobile number
UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. My mobile number is [protected]. When I contact to vi customer care they told me, go to nearest VI store and verify your doc again. When I bought new vi sim at that time I had already verified my document. Then why I verify my document again?
Please help.

When I contact to vi customer care they told me, go to nearest VI store and verify your document again.
Since, I have already verified my document, at the time of sim purchase.

Unable to activate sim
It's been more than 5 hours, I am unable to activate my new sim card. The numbers provided just gets cut off before it even connects. It's so frustrating.

Worst of worst customer service
Worst of worst customer service.
After trying two hours in 199, vi app, website, their tamil nadu contact number, still i'm unable to speak with customer care person. What i always hear is the same AI options.
I'm unable to convey my request to customer care with given options in AI.
I want to cancel my PRE CT announcement. but, i'm clueless in this options

SIM access error
My Vodafone SIM card is not operational since about two months. It says SIM access error and shows zero signals i.e, no calls, messages or data. I had also recharged it but it went useless.
I have also tried contacting Vi customer care and follow their instructions, but the issue still isn't resolved.
Please note that the issue is with our SIM only and not with the neighbors with same SIM in our area.
Kindly see through my issue and resolve it as soon as possible, it's been so problematic for us not being able to use the SIM.

VAS charged without my knowledge
I didn't subscribed any VAS (Handset Inbuilt game) but they have charged INR 25/- past two months without my knowledge & Notices.
This is not fair to grab the customer money in this way.

Not able to send SMS to 1900 to pott my number.

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I would like to state stat that I've been a user of VI network for many years but I don't use Vi data services due to price. So I wanted to port my number to a cheaper service provider but I'm unable to send SMS to 1900 for the same. I've already tried recharging with a combo pack of more than Rs 200, additional top up, changing the SMS centre, settings in my handset for premium text. But still no result.
So I request you to kindly help me in this matter.

Regarding my recharge
I have recharged my dad's number on 18th of auguest from my VI that recharge was unsuccessfull so i waited for 2hours and called on VI customer care they said you will get your refund in 7 working days and then again i recharged my dad's number with his own VI app now they asked for so many bank statement phonepe proof i gave them all still they are asking for morw proofs i provided them all but still till now i am waiting for my money to come back in my account but didnot get it. Everytime they call me and ask me to give something.

Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"
After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.
Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.
Please help me to get out of Vodafone network.

Bulk SMS don't go fully

We have recharged our phone for 1799 (one year validity) . On 5-9-2022, we tested sending bulk sms to 50 people. Later on when we enquired, we found that half of the people hadn't received the message. Can I know the reason for this? Our number is [protected].

Deducted some amount without my knowledge
Yesterday i received massage that says, i opted for inbuilt handset game and charged rupees 15. Even I haven’t opted. Today again i got message that, i have opted for callertune and charged rupees 5, which also i have not opted for.

I want 150GB additional data on my postpaid mobile number [protected] as promised by VI store executive. Initially, I wanted to port my airtel prepaid connection to Vi prepaid connection, but the prepaid port option was not available online, it was available only at store. I visited the store, but the prepaid/postpaid plans offered by them was not promising so I wanted to port my mobile number to postpaid connection through online, but then the store insisted me to apply with them and they promised that I will still get the 150GB additional data. I have raised multiple complaints on this issue but VI doesn't seem to be bothered. Please help me to get 150GB additional data. C[protected].
