Charges blatantly without USER authorization

Charges for subscription NOT INITIATED by user

Cant send sms error 29 for idea cant contact idea costumer care also.
but this is not my vi problem. pleas check bank.

I was subscribed to this service without my knowledge.

I have recharged my dad's number on 18th of auguest from my VI that recharge was unsuccessfull so i waited for 2hours and called on VI customer care they said you will get your refund in 7 working days and then again i recharged my dad's number with his own VI app now they asked for so many bank statement phonepe proof i gave them all still they are asking for morw proofs i provided them all but still till now i am waiting for my money to come back in my account but didnot get it. Everytime they call me and ask me to give something.

From 1 week my sim doesn't showing network plzz resolve this issue

Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.

Please help me to get out of Vodafone network.

I got a new Vi sim card on 4/8/22. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 days and then I have to dial 59050 for tele verification. I have tried for more than 3 days - but upon dialing 59059, the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. There are network bars showing on my phone for the sim, but I am not being able to get through to 59050 for tele verification. Vi customer care so far has been of zero use....

We have recharged our phone for 1799 (one year validity) . On 5-9-2022, we tested sending bulk sms to 50 people. Later on when we enquired, we found that half of the people hadn't received the message. Can I know the reason for this? Our number is [protected].

Some one generate otp to my mobile number to all site like phonepay, myntra, nostra, dunzob, ackogi, and many more..
How can i resolve this greate problem pls guide my and solve my problem.

My prepaid balance in Vi number is -330INR after recharge could you please explain the process how a prepaid sim works?

Yesterday i received massage that says, i opted for inbuilt handset game and charged rupees 15. Even I haven’t opted. Today again i got message that, i have opted for callertune and charged rupees 5, which also i have not opted for.

Iam not getting around one month ago, i am in abu dhabi my number [protected]...

I want 150GB additional data on my postpaid mobile number [protected] as promised by VI store executive. Initially, I wanted to port my airtel prepaid connection to Vi prepaid connection, but the prepaid port option was not available online, it was available only at store. I visited the store, but the prepaid/postpaid plans offered by them was not promising so I wanted to port my mobile number to postpaid connection through online, but then the store insisted me to apply with them and they promised that I will still get the 150GB additional data. I have raised multiple complaints on this issue but VI doesn't seem to be bothered. Please help me to get 150GB additional data. C[protected].

I want a free 1GB daily data base pack for 18 days worth Rs 199 as compensation for the 18 days or more in which I couldn't use 0.5GB daily data add-on pack out of the Rs 479 plan. I complained to VI about it multiple times but VI is not ready to help. VI accepted the mistake but not ready to compensate for it. I want your help. My VI mobile number is [protected].

Vi network is down since 3 August 2022, I have also complained 3 times, on calling the service center, it does not answer properly or says your problem is solved, today it has been 14 days but i am not able to call and access internet my area pin code 734015 satellite township, kamrangaguri, Siliguri all vi users are face this problem in this area

With heavy heart I've to inform that the condition of your internet service is very pathetic in my area. During daytime, the internet becomes so slow that even turtles can finish their race, but website won't load. I've complained numerous times in past few months, but the service doesn't seem to improve. Even a representative from the company visited my location to deal with the issue but couldn't resolve so far.
Also, I've noticed that the 4G connection changes to Edge every now and then through out the day. There is heavy ping losses and unstable bandwidth. Because of this, my meetings/interviews gets interrupted; any kind of online tests gets auto submitted and what not. With any other connection sim card on my phone, I've not noticed this problem of frequent conversion from 4G to 2G.
So it's time I believe I should seek a reliable connection with another provider so as to avoid any further losses. Before that, just wanted to bring your notice to the disappointment of one of your very old customer; that's why writing.

I am using Idea sim for a long time and working in Dubai. Normally this is working in Dubai and getting messages as well. From 28th July 2022 it is not working (Signal not showing)

In my vi sim balance 22rs access Games world paymented without my permission

My idea prepared sim is not working in uae.
Regarding this I complaint idea customer care. But no use.
I activated roaming and done recharge also.
Even I changed the sim into different handset, still issue is the same

22rs is deducted from my account without my knowledge for some games.Before some months this same thing happened.

[protected] - I am a VI Datacard customer from past 5 years.The Data connection is so slow that I cannot watch Netflix or Amazon on my Television and also I am unable to connect my office VPN using the VI Datacard whereas all of this works absolutely fine with the Airtel Fibre at my home.
The staff at VI Gallery checked the connection and found it was working fine when connected to the mobile but that does not help me since my mobile...
