[Resolved]  Vi — Unable to port my mobile number

UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. My mobile number is [protected]. When I contact to vi customer care they told me, go to nearest VI store and verify your doc again. When I bought new vi sim at that time I had already verified my document. Then why I verify my document again?
Please help.
