We became members of this holiday club for 3 years paying an amount of Rs. 16000.
Membership ID : vb-cso-2119
They said we can refund the money if we do not use the package.
I have not availed single day and I would like to get my money refunded.
But all the contact numbers they had given are fake and not reachable. I had been there a year back to renew my 1 year package which I had not avail in the said year.I was asked to use it by this year, but today I am unable to do so since there are no phone's working and neither are their emails.

I have a query regarding a transaction done with you on 30th May 2016 for amounting 4, 091 with my Cr. Card #[protected].

I am expecting refund this amounts but the same was not happened.
