[Resolved]  Via Bangalore — Return tickets wrong dates


Hello sir, the Email follows that i sent to Via.com

My mother is travelling to Madina from Hyderabad and have a round trip ticket.we have booked the tickets through Via.com for april 4, 2016 and return date for June 28 2016.

when we got the confirmation after booking process sucessfully completed with return dates of may 28, 2016.
I called the customer desk after reading the itinerary, so someone replied me on the phone saying that i should have taken screen shots while booking, how should i know in advance that this could happen and need to produce the screen shots its not my fault its your system that took wrong dates.

Just to keep you updated with what had happened and your customer care representative is not helpful at all they were very rude on phone and told us once the tickets are booked you need to pay for rescheduling dates though or produce screen shots of booking that's not the case here . i been booking tickets from your site quiet often never happened like this before .Anyways i am requesting you if you could do anything in this matter will be helpful"

i have requested system logs for booking my tickets because customer care wants to talk to IT department and get back to me but i didn't get any updates as such yet

these guys dont want to provide a proper explanation with system log then i would be able to see whose on fault .i am pretty sure about this i booked it with return dates for June 28 2016.

what should i do to get my problem resolved
