Dear Sir

it is really surprising that fake companies like viabangalore exist. 2 years ago we had received a call from via informing for a gif vochuer won during a competition. We then had been to via austin office and the marketing strategy by via really fooled u s& we landed up spending Rs 16, 000 for 3yrs holiday package.

Last year when we had planned for our trip to Manali, we then tried approaching them & even visiting there office but were shocked to see that the office is closed long back ago & the main head of Via
Prabhu @[protected] is not receiving our call nor responding to our mail.

we have taken all the govt registeration documents but i feel they should be given a tough punishment and refiund all the money from all cheated members.

Please sir m help us in getting back our money and advise us on next process wherein we can help ourselves
