Sir/Madam, I had booked my flight on 10th may 2020 but due go all pandemic situations all flights are suspended. Then i am requesting you to plzz refund my amount which i had given to your travel agency. And today i talk to spicejet customer care they had initiated my money to your travel agency. I am requesting you to please refund my whole amount. When i checked my refunding status it shows that it available in form of creadtshell. But we don't want any type of credit shell i am requesting you to please refund my money back in same mode. I attache my ticket details below and refunding status also.
