[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Refund initiated by Indigo but withheld by via.com | |||
My flight from Chennai to New Delhi and back on Indigo had been booked by via.com [Booking reference: FMNAA3BKQ60GY, PNR: WH8YSF) prior to lockdown. Dates of travel were in May and June of 2020. Indigo on their part handled the cancelled flights by means of a credit shell - which has been withheld by Via.com. For about a month now, I can neither get through to their customer support[protected] nor are my emails acknowledged ([protected]@via.com) I am a senior citizen and find their behavior fraudulent and harassing.
