[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Refund of flight ticket not received, already refunded by airlines | |||
I sumit mazumdar had purchased a two way indigo airlines flight ticket on 21-Jan-2020, at 07:59:49 from Ebix Travels Pvt Ltd, Delhi Agent Account : A2999(sastiticket.com) of via.com of Rs 34, 992 INR ( Thirty Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Two Only), my travel date was 25/05/2020 but due to covid 19 lockdown my ticket is cancelled by indigo airlines and they have refunded the full amount to this travel agent on 29/07/20 at 13:45 (transaction no[protected]but now the travel agent is not entertaining my calls and emails and i am deprived of my refund. Please see to this matter and help me get my refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 19, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The consumer forum did their part of contacting them but failed as they were unresponsive but i found a way to contact the customer care and surprisingly they were very supportive and refunded the full money within 7 days.
