I did one one booking from via.com in the month of april20 but due to covid-19 it got cancelled so i requested spice jet airlines to refund my money back and they did to travel agency portal one month back but still i did not recieved any amount from via.com Customer care is also not responding whenever i try to call them they are always busy in attending others customers calls but it doesn't seems that customers is happy from your service Pnr - wcq2xj Reference no.
