Hi, via people are cheater. I booked a tickets for round trip bangalore to delhi and delhi to bangalore. It was clearly mentioned there refundable but when i asked for refund out of 13000 they are providing only rs 150. What the hell it is. Never book through via these people are cheater. My tickets pnr are tzj69k and q5rzkp. How come it will be possible that out of 13000 i will get just 150 where rest 12k will go. Who will bear this. Via is just doing fraud.

Updated by nehkapi I called customer care so many times but these people are not replying correctly. such a fraud people
