[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — regarding flight canceled due to covid 19

I have booked a ticket on 20th march 2020 for the scheduled of 29th march 2020 airasia flight no. I5-788 in the name of angom samita devi, pnr no. Rrpvsr, departure from delhi arrival to imphal, which was canceled due to covid-19, i wrote a mail to via.com as well as airasia but they didn't provide me a clear solution. If i want to cancel the ticket it will take 720 days for a refund if a refund takes 720 days will via.com/airasia will compensate us. I try calling the agency (Via.com) and airasia support team none response rather then putting on pre-recorded voice response.

Updated by Kaoba I would like to inform to civil aviation department that my booking id - fmnaa3bqpzsg8 (Angom samita devi, del-imf, pnr no, rrpvsr) has been cancel due to covid-19, the flight was scheduled on 29th march 2020, booked on 20th march 2020, i have tried to change the flight scheduled, it is not working nor cancellation, i request the civil aviation department to look into the matter, now i want a full refund of booking because i have already booked another flight. I am looking for a positive response from via.com.
