I had booked flight ticket for Mrs Pushpa Loganathan thru via.com for journey on 26.04.2020 thru Spicejet flight SG-345 PNR No: P66M4Y . Due to Covid Lockdown the flight was cancelled.And travel could not be completed. VIA booking flight ref no. FMNAA3BF52I0P Kindly provide status for this PNR No: P66M4Y Previously I tried to book fresh ticket thru Via.com and there is no option for utilizing credit shell amount while booking new ticket for same passenger. And i tried calling via.com number of times and couldn't reach you. Kindly provide steps to utilize credit shell amount for (PNR No: P66M4Y, VIA booking flight ref no. the refund is under credit shell and it will be reflecting in agency account on after 1st week of April we will update you on the same.
