[Resolved] Via.com — no refund for flight cancelled due to covid-19 | |||
I booked ticket through via.com, date of travel 22.04.2020 but due to covid -19, it was cancelled by the indigo stating booking amount has been saved in the form of credit shell and the same can be uitlized through the same travel agency. Bu while booking in via.com i found no credit shell option. I have made several email to via.com but no proper response has been received. Hence, i thought better to cancel the same through via.com so that the same can be credited to my account in the form of refund but whenever i checking the status, it is showing request qued. Ref no.
