Sir, I am Kalburgi, booked ticket from Pune to Hubli by via.com/flightraja travels on 26 may 2017, confirmation only thru SMS but no sticker, but time time shows in email 10pm, actual departure was 8 pm neither bus operator sv nakoda nor via.com called up to me for confirmation, when I spoke to operator sv nakoda they said to me bus was at 8pm, they are not ready to refund my amount, both are cheater to customer sv nakoda and via.com.it is better to be black listed in bus booking as well as travels sv nakoda.
