[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — no refund after 2 weeks | |||||
Hi! I have been informed that my booking is cancelled on 14th dec and refund will be process. However, i still haven't receive the refund after 2 weeks. Booking reference are fmnsg103qzbaow and fmnsg103qz8cc0 I have called my local bank for verification and apparently it is via.com still holding the payment and not yet refund. Kindly do the necessary before police report is lodge as i am highly suspect this whole website is a scam!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
