I enrolled for a weight loss package in the year 13th Dec 2013 in vibes ( Sadashiva Nagar Bangalore) for weight reduction but unfortunately I was supposed to travel within 2 month for my higher studies to UK, when I told my situation they told me I can come back and use it and not a problem, later in the year 2014 when I had come down for my vacation I visited Vibes again they informed me saying some short circuit problem and the center closed for about 2 weeks, hence I had to go back again. Now 2015 I am back they kept calling me please come down and take the session, until I visit their place they did not inform me about validation expiry nothing but once I started the session they are asking me to revalidate the package asking me to pay 4 thousand to valid my package. I had already pay 15 thousand which I did not use it even for a day and they are asking now to revalidate my package. The staff are too rude and never polite they behave in such a way that as if we are their slave. No one explains what has to be done and what not rules and procedures are never explain neither informed the way it should have been. When I told am going to UK for my studies I want to move my package to beauty section they informed me 40% will be deducted so I hold saying well I will stick to the weight loss program as I never wanted to lose lot of money. Even at that point none of the informed about the validity of the package. Feels like these kind of T&C of cheating customers can happen only in India.

I had enrolled for a slimming package at vibes adyar in 2013 which was an utter waste of money .. Not a gram reduced instead I went low on hemoglobin and immunity becoz of not eating.. So I changed it to lipo laser in 2014. Unfortunately I had to undergo a hysterectomy on Feb 2015 . I called them up in 2014 and December and tikd them I won't be able to come for at least 6 months and it may be even more basedvon my recovery. I asked them if I had to give a letter in writing but they said no need. Now when I go back to them they are saying that my package is expired and I will have to pay rs.18000 to reactivate ! The south regional head Malini has the most annoying attitude and has no decency while talking !! She did not let me read the terms and conditions and they are exploiting the customers big time !! I want to file a case against this institution !

I have booked vibes for pre bridal sittings and their manager forced me to submit full amount but after that she said peeling will go good for my face bt instead of doing better it got worst there was no single pimple on face n they burned my skin and now face has full of red spots i dont want to take risk anymore so please help me regarding this i want my money back pls my face colour has become darker now . Hi, I have take laser treatment for face, and whenever i call for an appointment they either say the machine isn't working or the person who is working has stones in the kidneys. That s their frequent excuse they give to customers.To every other people who joined recently please take the money and leave or better **** the money and don't come again .You just have to raise your bp if you are still stuck with VIBES HYDERABAD. They have no common sense how to treat their customers.They are just looting the money from people and doing nothing. This happened to me when i got few vouchers at the booking counter in cinemax Banjara hills. I wanted to try cause as a girl in her teens would always love to try new things when it comes to beauty . So i have visited Vibes at banjara hills road no 1 and i really blame me first for believing them and me and my mom together we paid around 70 k just for face area laser.We hardly went thrice in a year and to get an appointment we loose our temper every time to get an appointment.They speak as if they don't care the customers.The are rude, money suckers, they skunk the customers and don't even ******* care if we scold them . Every time the machine wont work, or the blower doesn't, and recently they have started saying that on face too much of laser is not good so have to go for and different treatment. They.They say your hormones aren't good.My hormones are perfectly alright frauds. Please its a sincere advice don't visit VIBES in your lifetime, not ever for a small thing.

Unfortunately I joined Vibes for a hair loss treatment service which turned out to be nightmare... when I tried to book the first appointment for consultation I got several calls from them.. When the Sessions started they never listen to the client ever. They big time fraud without any knowledge of their work. The Manager is always unavailable. I was taking c peeling at girish park vibes.after 3 session my skin started having small rashes, when I went for next sessio monojit and branch head sangita told me cpeeling dont suit u go 4 photo facial and pay me mire 11400. Why should I pay more as they had promised me results in cpeeling.when ever I go 4 session they mske me feel uncomfortable and sangita hace no manners to talk and insult me among her staff. I want my cpeeling dobe with guranteed result, what she had promise ed at the time of taking money

I am jeyakarthikeyan from chennai. i saw the ad from hindu paper about vibes stem cell treatment. in ad they put just 5000/- only. i visited adyar center. they told it is now 8000/-. excluding 12% service tax. I thought that was total amount. really i stunned once i came to know that this amount per session. somehow i was convinced. so i paid 88000/- in single payment. they promised with four session hair regrowth can be seen. but surprisingly after completing ten session regularly i found that this is completely useless and fake promises. in addition to this i was forced to take PRP treatment in between stem cell session. totally i paid more than one lac. but no way use at all. this is completely cheating. i would suggest that dont waste your money. dont visit any vibes center. if visit before you get second thought they will convince you.

It was March, 14 when I visited Vibes, Preeti Vihar for checking the packages for facial & Make - up. This is the time when I have made the biggest mistake and taken derma - roller treatment that was not even needed on my skin. Would like to say that, vibes team only look for prey in form of customers. In a whole, I want to say that u people have damaged my face skin in a bad way. I have got major abrasions on my skin specially on my cheeks. The treatment was given so badly that it has damaged my skin badly internally. I have got black color marks on my right hand side cheek. In total, due to all this I have undergone a major depression whenever I see my face in mirror. My skin has become sensitive to sun. Under sun it gets red like hot iron, and feel irritation on my face. And want to say that, I am going to take legal action against your company and will go to consumer forum to make you people understand value of customers.As due to your negligence and irresponsible behaviour I am suffering a lot.

Hi! Vibes preet vihar - the worst experience I ever had. I underwent for the laser treatment in 2012, due to unsatisfactory results they asked me to extend the package. On 20/4/13, i did the same and booked the seven sessions for sideburns, upperlips and chin area. I took 2sittings for the laser in 2013 but due to mishap in my family (my father and brother expired) the rest five sittings are still remaining. however i have contacted vibes for the appointment but on every call they told me machine is not available today. When they call me I used to be at my work place or out of station. Today i went to vibes for remaining five sittings, now they are saying the validity of the pkg is expired and is lapsed. I just want them to provide my remaining five sessions else reimburse my paid amount. Am Really disappointed. Pls help me asap.

Dear Sir, I have visited Inox Theatre, Magrath Road, Garuda Mall, Bangalore on 13-Dec-2014 to watch a movie at 6.40 PM vide ticket number INBG[protected]. On my taking the ticket, The counter gave me a gift voucher of Vides which on scratching the coupon, I saw that i can avail Rs 10, 000 valued services excluding service tax. I contacted Vibes, Koramangala, Bangalore to book an appointment on 25-Dec-2014 in advance. This i confirmed also, But to my shock, When i called Mrs Thilaka on 25th Dec 2014 at 11 am to confirm and visit by 3 PM, She informed that the appointment was on 24 Dec 2014 and we have to reschedule. Mrs Thilaka was very rude and not at all ready to listen. Then we checked with there Branch at Jayanagar for appointment on 07-Jan-2015, On the initial talks the person was ready for the appointment, But when they learnt that its for redeeming the coupon. They started telling, Full day is booked. As per us they are not ready to redeem the coupon. We are utterly shocked and dismayed that, Such coupon they are distributing across they city to pull customer by malpractices and fraud. I hereby wants to file a suit against VIBES, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore for cheating and malpractices and would like the consumer forum to forcing them to let us avail the service, This will be a solace for many other person who are also cheated by VIBES. We don't want any compensation from VIBES, But they should do the duty which they have commited customers through there vouchers to do otherwise they shouldn't distribute them. hai this is kantha from bangalore. i have gone for stem cell treatment in vibes jpnagar bangalroe region. i have paid 25000. but after 1 week i paid the money i got severe health problem and i got heart surgery. so doctor strictly advised me not to take treatment. so i went to centre and asked that i am not able to take treatment. i requested them to please refund my amount but they r telling that they r not going refund the money. please do help me in this regard and get back my money. my contact no is [protected]

Hi Sir/Madam, Last Saturday I.e, on 29th Nov I had been to VIBES koramangala branch to inquire about Hair Stem cell treatment.I went just by seeing the banner. There Counselor her name is PREETHI took me to cabin and explained about treatment and fee structure and after that I told her that I will decide and let her know in evening. Immediately she said pay 1000 Rupees for CONSULTATION charges. I told her if there is any consultation charges it should have been informed before.She argued a lot and finally she made me to pay 1000 rupees.I paid through Deutsche Bank debit card.I came out without taking bill also.After sometime I called customer care to ask is there any consultation charges they said No and even I called indiranagar branch to ask what is the consultation charges for hair treatment.They also said same thing that there is no consultation charges. I felt its Cheating case. So I called again to koramangala branch to get the bill.she said come and collect.I went there she asked my mobile no and gave print.In bill 1000 rupees is charged for Hair Treatments - Advanced hair fall treatment' I told her she took 1000 rupees from me for Consultation and I want bill for same.She said there is no option in the system.i told her strike it out with pen and write and give with pen but she is not ready.In bill she mentioned other lady's name instead of her name. I asked other employees who is manager of this branch.They said she is the manager cum counselor(Preethi).She is very Arrogant lady and don't know how do talk to customers. Hello... I had joined Vibes to get rid of a scar that I had on my face. The Doctor at Vibes suggested a treatment called "Frazer" or something similar to that. I was sure that it was going to go wrong as the Doctor that I spoke with was the term "rude" personified, people please be careful of Dr. Fatima from Banjara Hills. The reason I say this is she didn't listen to half the stuff I told her and in between if we had a disagreement she would just walk away, I have never seen that kind of an attitude. How can a Doctor just walk away when you are speaking with her. She is the worst Doctor I have come across. That was the first part of the story, now after the treatment began, trust me session after session, I saw no difference. Even though you do not get a call for the next appointment, you would definitely get a call to remind you of your outstanding balance. What a great customer satisfaction strategy. Please make the treatments more effective as we are being charged cartloads and also such doctors should be trained on manners and behaviorial etiquette. Regards

We all must have come across the VIbes discount voucher at the famous movies theatres and shopping malls, and it was the same voucher with'services worth INR 15, 000/ FREE' jingle which prompted me to visit the Vibes Banjara Hills branch for a hair cut, facial etc. The Sales Rep of the Branch Namely Mona, introduced herself as a consultant and suggested Stem Cell treatment for my hair loss. I did share that I am undergoing treatment from RIchfeel already and it has helped me for preventing further hair loss. She Promised a fuller head of hair within 8 sessions of stem cells at INR 35, 000 Payment was asked to be made 100% at the same time I told Mona very specifically that I have already suffered disappointments at other famour reclaimed hair clinics and this time I will not tolerate false promises, to which she replied that the results will be visible by the 2nd session itself, also I made very clear that I do not use any steriods or alopathy eg: Minoxidil and Finorp etc as they have side effects. Alternately I am using richfeel DHT blockers orally. They were okay with this fact and enrolled me to the program with promise of'Guaranteed results' as shown on the brouchers found in the malls. After every session, I question the results and reminded them of results promised. 8 sessions got over eventually and as expected with no improvement at all. They extended the number of sessions to 20-25 and included PRP sessions aswell but to no results. Apart from the PAIN of taking the injection on your head, you waste your time here for thorough unproffesional behaviour. THey have a standard phraseology to reply to your complaint by saying that 99% patients have got positive results and it is only YOU who is an exception. I came across about 6-7 patients who were also undergoing these treatments and shared a similar feedback of ZERO results. The only difference they show to these people is by making them use Minoxidl solution which has temporary effects. From Day- 1, I had been requesting for a printed bill. Till Date I have not received the bills despite 22 reminders. On my last visit in June 2014, I was told by the HOD that the bills cannot be given now as the financial year is over( made no sense to me!), also when I requested for a redressal for my complaint, she said nothing can be done apart from giving more sessions. I have my picture records and hair count records with both Vibes and myself, on day-1, after every session in May 2014 and preparing to file a complaint in Consumer forum. Hi all. I have had a worst experience with Vibes (Adayar, Chennai). They have charged some amount for weight loss treatment. Three months later, we never a single kg weight have reduced. While I asked the reason, they simply do not take care of me and behaving rude with their cunning words. They are treating customers like slaves. They not even taking care of customer satisfaction. The lady name is Sapna and she is totally irresponsible.

To give you a little history...I had got a eyebrow transplant done last year as a result of which I had scars above my eyebrows...so I thought of getting a laser treatment done from Vibes in order to get rid of the scars and the unwanted upper brow line. Mrs. Krishna Veni was given charge of my treatment. The first three sittings were ok, on the fourth sitting she burnt my skin to an extent that there is a Huge Depression Like a dent. This lady did Not even have the Courtesy to say sorry Instead she Blamed me for Getting The Eyebrow transplant done at the first place. I spoke to 'Nikita' regarding This who is at a Supervisory level At vibes. She Was Very plastic in her approach. She pretended that she would text me a remedy for the Wound, Which neVer happened till date. These people had made me remark on the feedback form the very first day, Though its late now I know The reason. People Are rude, Careless and least bothered about customers.

hi, i had joined weight reduction programme for 17135 rs and not reduceed a kg also. i have complaint 4 times and no action has been taken. The manager wazia speaks very rudely and she keeps shouting at us back and tells its our fault . i want my money back

I dont know if any action is to be taken on my complain so this is first step. Next no option but consumer court.

I am customer no. 2335 at bangalore koramangla branch of vibes and visiting since last two years that center. Once we stuck with money no chance to get rid off as they charge for shifting the branch too. I have to travel 20 km to reach to that branch. Because enrolling person didnt inform me about nearest branch to my locality as she concerned only geting customer.

So i continued with this sick branch of koramangla. I informed many times about issues. What they said...:you only complain no other customer: so i talked to other customer and they also said same problems what i felt.

Why to bother others i value my money and for that i need not to ask others for it

Issues i am noticing since last two years:

Dirty bathroom worse than sulabh sochalaya
Flush works once in a week.
Water hardly comes in bathroom
No napkin or toilet or tissue paper in bathroom
Dirty smell all over.

Now comes slimming machines room ...They use used towels and they wipie the bodies of ladies with the covering sheet itself. When i objected the girls attending me said tell it to manager when i went to manager she was smiling at me sarcastically but no improvement.

There is no ac. In workng condition when temperature is too much yesterday i visited there for my session it was too hard to stay there . Well ac never worked there.

I remember two ac..Dripping water in my bag when i was on session table . For them its normal i feel
Two times i got shock from your slimming machine.
One time i got shock from the iron you use for avt session.
When we complain attending staff say they cant do anything if manager is not responding.

Now comes saloon section still my money is due with you as none bohered to do somethig about it i got my hair burned with blow dryer and the guy misbehaved and had fight with me when i said to improve on it
You guys should feel shameful abt such services when you talk big in ads. Do u just care to grab money or so shameless to pay attention to improve anything. This is my first try to send this mail if nothing happening i have to seek legal ways coz deaf ears alwas need a blast not whispers.

Hi, I am Sunil from Bangalore, I took stem cell treatment on Aug 2011 for 78000 for 5 sessions of stem cell and derma roller, After 3 weeks a doctor examined me and told that I need to pay another 1.2 Lakhs for additional sessions if not there is no guarantee of hair regrowth, ( Black mail) I paid additional amount but still I see no result and more over they are asking me to goto PRP sessions which cost me another lakh..., What the Hell, I need to know how can I get back my hard earned money from this, Thanks [protected]@gmail.com
