I visited Vibes, Karkhana to get laser hair removal done on my upper lip and chin area. I paid 18,000 for 8 sessions for which I promised to get the results after 8 sessions and I was told that I would see noticeable changes within 3rd or fourth session but very soon I realised all these to be a false claim. I have completed my 6th session and believe me, there was not even 1% result, the same amount of hair growth was there. I got irritated by this and I questioned my laser technician for which I was told that I may be affected with Polycystic Ovarian syndrome and hence the treatment was not working on me. What the Hell! how is this syndrome related to laser treatment and by the wway I was free from any such syndrome for which I was even diagnosed. I also got my chin area burnt during one of my sessions. The laser technician always forces me to take other treatments and thank god I dint fall prey to her false claims. The two main culprits involved in this is my laser technician Krishna veni and my consultant Sujatha. I just want to take action against this centre for cheating people. Above Law and Order, I believe there is God and I am sure he will punish the guilts.

Let me start up by saying my journey. 1st treatment was done by Dr.Vinitha with 6 sessions of stem cell therapy wr in they inject a solution into the scalp(which was painful) so this was done for abt 6 times in a span of 15 days each with 1 or 2 basic treatments which is (Hair spa etc) END : No Results and the above treatment also included medicines which were not less than 600 to 300 Later i was so frustrated with the results i had to speak to ARCHANA who is the branch manager of vibes kharkhana hyderabad. She however convinced me saying that this time our service will be good sir as our tea has changed. I got agreed to it and then again treatment started with Dr.Vanitha not Vinitha (Vinitha left vibes) again i was asked to get derma roller treatment which i got it done like 4 times again it was very painful. END : No Results. i called couple of times but i only get a response saying mam is busy or she is with a client I would request the the team to refund money as 55000 is not a small amount which i paid. I was cheated by Vibes Alwarpet branch. It was newly started before 3 months. They advertised in papers and I joined 10 kgs slimming program with smart tight. I am going there regularly for three months and I have not reduced a single kg. When I asked about it they started threatening me. I am now helpless. Please avoid this branch as the center head is very rude after payment is done. I have wasted my money and also lost my dignity.

I Joined the Slimming Program for reduction of 10 Kgs. They assured me and registered me for smart tight program offered by them. Three months has passed and not even 1 kg has been reduced. When I asked about that they have started talking rude to me. They are really cheats who are after money only. Please suggest a remedy for me.

My experience has been with vibes located in Thippasandra. A year back, I purchased a package for tummy slimming. Before I paid, I clearly mentioned to them that I work in night shift and hence, it might not be possible for me to attend the sessions regularly to which they assured that they understand and this can go on in slow pace. D-satisfaction no1: Many a times when I have taken appointment and gone, they made me wait for a lot of time before my session began. Complaint no.2: There have been many instances when I go there post appointment, they would tell me today, only one part of the session can be done etc giving me various reasons. When I expressed d-satisfaction, it continued to happen a few more times. I literally have to spend 100/- to travel to and fro from vibes. Complaint no.3: For many months, I did not get opportunity to go and today I fixed an appointment and went just to be told that the file is old and no more I can avail the service. I had paid 18,000/- and they are simply washing off their hands by making this statement. There were no follow ups made to check why I was not coming nor were there any follow ups made before closing my file. There was no expectation set as to how long the package was valid. So, how was I supposed to know that the validity would expire. When I asked the same, the lady (Mary’s Manager - I forgot her name :( ) goes onto say that the previous staff were not good and that is why they have changed all the staff. Well, that’s not my problem. Absolutely disheartening. She has said she will check the records and update me if she can complete or not but she tried to hint me today stating it was not possible. If any one has had any such experience and has fought back and got any compensation, please let me know. Hope this review helps those people who check the review before spending money. I was coned at vibes centre, jayanagar, bangalore.They advertise about slimming packages for 3000 only for 5kgs weight loss and when u visit their office, they sell u packages for atrocious money (in my case Rs.30,000, which was initially offered at Rs.45000 and then discounted) promising guaranteed weight loss and dropping advertised packages as non effective. They literally form a group and force you to sign up immediately, giving emi options. i also discussed with them about how the machine exercisers, massages, heat therapies are completely useless and do not work. For this i was told, they have various other machines which are absolutely effective and sold me a 40 days package for Rs.30,000. These women who work there are absolutely characterless, as they speak nice and sweet to enrol you, and immediately turn into vamps after payment done. They just shrug off from what they promise. Please stay away from these ads of weight loss.

Complaint against Vibes, laser hair treatment

Myself Riti Mitra, client of girish park Vibes. I want refund my money back,Reasons No.1) I am registering complaint against Farah Allam, laser hair removal therapist in kankurgachi center . She is misbehave with me(very badly) ,she talked with me very very badly ,she didn’t do my laser treatment properly ,even she can’t give me dress to change, and most importantly she raise her voice at me, she is giving me such a bad treatment , that is giving me bad skin effect, till now I am getting only 0% of benefit,my hair is as long as before. just because of her I stop my treatment in kankurgachi. I want you to know this, and take a strong action against her. Now I want my money refund because I didn’t get any result of laser hair removal.
Reasons No.2) I have paid Rs-31,000/- to Roshni (Girish park vibes). My package is 7+1=8 seasons for full leg and abdomen, at 6/3/2011. Now roshni denied that even she booked my package.After almost 1 year I got “0” result ,even my doctor( Apollo Hospital Kolkatta) told me, my skin become unhealthy . I want my money back as soon as possible.
Reason No.3) If I have a problem in Kolkata why should I have to wait for Delhi center approval? I paid full money to Kolkata center then why they are not able to solve any problem?????

I wanted to know about the weight loss program at Vibes, so I walked in the Girish Park branch on 17.04.2012 at around 8:20 p.m. I was astonished to see that in such a competetive market when businessman run out of enquiries, these people were hardly bothered to handle an enquiry that walked in to their branch. Everyone was busy winding up their data and work and were willing to leave the office for the day.
Initially one lady in frontoffice, they reffered to her as "MOU" (I think so), asked me about the query.As I told I wanted to know about work out programs, she asked me to sit in the waiting area and ignored, probably because they didnt provide workouts, rather they provided machine weight loss.
Then a lady came out, and looked at me as if I had done some sin by coming to their office after 8p.m.She asked MOU in bengali - "eta ki enquiry??",
she replied in a not interested manner - "Yes".
They didnt get back to me,I was still waiting.Then a lady came out , most probably a counsellor, with her purse in her hand, I think she was leaving for the day.Mou asked her to take care of my queries. She started talking to me in the mean while one customer came to meet her. So she went just like that without handing over the enquiry to anyone, she was very happy and took the customer in the room, may be beacuse the customer was suppose to pay them, and I was not.
Then Mou told me that if you have to go for weight loss, you have to register today itself and pay the whole money.Then only she was willing to talk to me about their program.Also, if you are not registering you have to pay Rs200 +tax as a mandatory charge for counselling, otherwise they wont talk to you.I only wanted to know the packages, offers and charges, I didnt want counselling , but still they were busy winding up their workstations instead of talking to a prospective customer.I am sure ,if i would have gone in the time of month end when these sales ppl have to meet their targets they would have given all the counselling for free and forced me to take the registeration on any condition.
I am happy that I could see this kind of behaviour from them just at the time of enquiry and not after registering.Otherwise, ppl who can behave like this with their prospective customers can do anything once they convert the enquiry.
This message is specially for their supervisors and heads of Vibes, kindly look into the behavorial skills and aggressiveness of the sales guys you have recruited for your front offices.Otherwise this kind of word of mouth of your customers will do nothing but ruin your business.
If Girish Park management have guts, contact me, otherwise ignore.

I have taken Vibes laser treatment a month back. And the front office has given my second appointment on 4th Feb'12. They have not given any particular timeline for the appointment. Am a regular visitor in VLCC. Whenever I take an appointment, VLCC will give a fixed time also. as I was new to Vibes I clearly asked the Lady about the timing. She confirmed that I can drop in till 7.30 PM and confirmed that I will get a reminder call. I have not received any call. Still as it is a treatment I reminded my self and went to Vibes JP Nagar branch at around 7. 30 PM. And there started my all-time filthy experience as a customer. I went inside. 1 woman was sitting in front office surrounded by 2-3 girls. I told her that I have an appointment today. Without referring any ware she told no you doesn’t have any. I told her I came here last month for laser treatment and my zero session is already over. She asked me what time was the appointment. I replied there was no particular time given to me but I can come any time till 7.30. She and another woman ask me many Q like an interrogation session All of a sudden she got irritated and started shouting at me and said time is already up and you don’t have any appointment. I was totally shocked on this experience so I asked why the hell you are shouting at a customer. I came here as per your person’s confirmation. Instead of screaming at a customer you can show some civility and can give an appointment for tomorrow. All of a sudden she uttered [censored] off to me . I don’t know who is she but for me its Vibes and am going against this nastiest experience I have ever had in my life time. I have been in to kaya VLCC and many more beauty clinic and experienced the customer delight many times. But never seen anything like this.

I have paid 30000 on 24th nov 2011 the person ovais ummar has told iam giving the 20 kg weight loss and zero size ,inch loss and massages .i told that i will think and tell you. But she did not give me time at all she told that today we have discount and all their Md also told the same thing.i told that i will be not present for 2 weeks they told its fine i have atended totally 5 sessions they gave me only machine when...

VIBES - Cheating its customers,treatments i took for anti acne, peeling and laser hair remove not working not refunding money 1 year has passed, treatment started in fab 2011 and still running but i have not get any relaxed .

I want to take your attention towards all beauty centers in India. As they are making fool to customer this is spreading in all states, many beauty centers are there to cheat us, they are playing from our feeling ,time, money and body.the problem is this, that once i went ` vibes` to take waxing for temporary hair removing, also that time i had little acne problem on my face , after waxing however they convinced me to buy services of acne treatment and laser hair removal. i gave them 65000/- rs . for laser hair removing and acne cure treatment in vibes beauty center but instead of cure my skin have become really bad in mid time of sessions. Also laser hair removing treatment is not effective after seeing this bad condition of my face, i am requesting them to stop my treatment and want my remaining money back but they are saying that money can not refund. and if i want continue they can give me remain sittings of sessions to make my skin more bad. and there`s no one stop to them as well stop to this crime. and if you will go to find complaint for them you can see more and more on online on consumer forum website but no one is doing any thing. please sir stop these cheaters and help me take my money back which they have taken from me.

i m a student and i have joined a weight loss program in vibes and deposited 18,600 in vibes..while convincing me they were so helpful they didn't even given me time to think they have told me that today is the last day of the discount you have to deposit it today only but actually they lied..after attending for 1 session felt that it won't work. and after that i fell ill and went to my hometown when i came my exams got started so i got so busy..i have told them i have got some health issues and some training so i could not continue so refund my money but they denied and were so impolite..so i have asked them that if i cud continue my sessions after 2 months.they said u can but for that u hav to pay more money..its like a blackmailing they have my money now they will do whatever they want..i have been charged and fraud-ed for the services i haven't taken.sir please help me to get my money back..

I undertook a weight reduction package and in that heat therapy was offered. The staff was negligent anf that caused a skin burn. They were very irresponsible in behavior and are not even refunding the money.

Pathetic service and organisation.More than the treatment staff is behind marketing their products.

I had been to VIBES Beuty Care at Jayanagar on 2nd week of May with a gift coupon provided by Shoppers stop. Coupon was given saying 8000+ worth treatment can be taken by paying just 800 Rupees.
When I had been there Beutician at Vibes started telling all listed facilities can not be provided at price 800 and I have to pay 3000 bugs extra.
The way they were talking and building pressure on me I said ok to pay and she took my credit card and swipped within fraction of second without allowing for second thought. Also she took another 11K bugs for someother facial treatment on same minute.
I never been to beuty parlor in my life time and I just had been to there to utilize the coupon provied at shoppers stop and people at Vibes looted me like anything.
My first treatment at their branch was horrible that was a bribe's treatment, I have got a big pimple on my face after their treatment and that was highlighted in all photos of my marriage.
Their service was very poor I did not want to take any further treatment at Vibes and I asked for refund, they are not agreed for the same.
I will submit necessary bills I have paid and my wedding photos if necessay, kinldy give me justice. Thank you.

My wife had taken up treatment for spots on the nose at vibes ... she was charged an amount of 22,000 and was promised an improvement a year back... after many sessions... the skin had become very black on her nose instead of improving it became worse ... in spite of contacting them on a regular basis there is little which is done by the vibes ... could you please help me

VIBES IN RV Road jayanagar... Be carefull people... they charge for short length straitening 22,000/-....they gave handwriting receipt of 22,000/- paid.... it was not printed and dint have vibes logo.... the beauticians are not well educated to work in nice salons... they are always having trouble with the beauticians... they ask tips in 500/- and multiples for small hair massage or hair cut also...

the straightening hairs became very dry after few days and the beauticians are locally trained... and the lady who is in charge of the VIBES JAYANAGAR has a very like turning the peoples mind to use local products..

myself being experienced .... PLEASE I PLEAD U NEVER VISIT VIBES RV ROAD SALON.
its the worst salon in the bangalore city... u can take risk in local salons but not in VIBES..

FOR oxy bleach on face they charged 2000/- + tax....


after i complained to VIBES that i will put ur receipt in consumer forum,, then they gave me 6000/ worth of full back bleaching in 3 sittings...that time they used local 70/- oxy bleach available in local stores...

the salon is not standard for the people...

I visited Vibes Beauty Parlour on 23rd May for facial service. The lady at the reception was not very keen on providing the service as I wanted only eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing done.
Sometime back I took my daughter to the same place for a hair cut. She already has short hair and she just needed a trim. I was charged Rs 800/- for the same.
Is there a way to punish such service providers?

This was with regards to the problem that I am facing with Vibes Koramangala , Bangalore . That my wife got a discount voucher at a shopping for hair treatment and was eventually be fooled for a bigger package which was apart from that service. .

Before the discounted service was given my wife was pushed so hard that she used the Debit Card ICICI (Transaction Number : MID: 50063850:TID:25189121, Invoice #: 001866: Batch # : 001348), to pay a big amount of 11030 INR.

After paying the amount , which was a mistake by my wife , she actually realized the quality of service was horrible at the center. She was made to wait for almost 4 hours for petty things like facial , billing of Manicure and pedicure was done also , but the services to be offered later for which she paid the bill separately . Obviously it is poor service.

Now she feels that the discount voucher was a trick to attract customers and sell off their petty service.
When we called for appointments and asked for refund of money apart from the service which was not used they simply refused in spite o[censored]s requesting them and telling them we do not want further services from Vibes Koramangala.


Now I have been trying to find a solution as to what should be done with this respect.
Obviously there are many things in life which I have to take care , hence do not want to indulge in Police FIRs as It wastes my time as well and I could be under a risk of ending up in Courts . However I want to teach these people a lesson .

Can you please advise as to what exactly can be done with this regards?. As the attitude shown towards their customers is truly pathetic. Like when you call to the respective person she has to be busy all the time with some other client. You cannot speak to their respective manager as they say I am the manager. If you do a findings on the net, you will find many complaints against these culprits.

It is not about the money, it is the mental tension of getting be fooled by someone pushy and not able to do anything about it , both to me and my wife.

Please note the package Distribution Services listed below is yet not availed. The service of them was known after the discounted price treatment was offered after the next package was made for which a separate payment has been made.
