I Am An Accenture Employee And I Have Corporate Health Insurance Of Vidal Health Tpa.
I Had Called Vidal Customer Care More Than 25 Times Over A Span Of 2.5 Months To Get My Reimbursement
The Amount Was For 31000 And Change, They Sent Me Only 12000 Hence I Had To Call Customer Care And Came To Know That By Mistake They Credited Lesser Amount They Also Ensured They Will Raise An Addendum Claim.
After 3 Weeks When I Called Arfa, And Later Prasanna I Got To Know That There Was No Progress And They Assured Me That They Would Raise Addendum Claim On My Behalf And I Would Get The Remaining Amount Asap. Its Been 3 Weeks Since I Had Made That Call.
Since Then Every Time I Made The Call To Vidal Cc They Said “There Is An Issue With The Server And Your Query Cannot Be Addressed”. What Kind Of A Customer Care Support Is This.
Today I Called Again As Usual, Sahana And Chaitanya They Said The Servers Are Again Down, I Asked Them To Trasnfer The Call To Their Floor Manager Or Someone Who Can Address The Issue For Which They Disconnected The Call After Making Me Hold For A Very Long Time, Highly Unprofessional. With Chaitanya I Have Had Worser Experiences Before As Well.
I Called Back Again 3 Minutes Later It Was Addressed By Chirag, From Him I Came To Know That Prasanna Had Not Raised Any Addendum Calim For The Remaining Amount. Please Help Me On How To Get This Sorted. I Cannot Handle Such Cheaters With No Professional Ethics. Was this information helpful? |
