My claim was received on 6th December 2017. Since then, I've called more than 10 times, yet I never received any information regarding my claim. I've talked to different supervisors like Suresh and Narendra. I called Suresh on 22nd August and he promised that I'll get a call by the next day. But I never did receive any call.
From the last eight month, I've been getting the same reply saying that your request has been forwarded to the concerned team and that I'll be notified in the next 4 days. But even after co-operating with the company, I never receive any information.
The case has been pending from last 8 months, and what is the team doing regarding this? I'm tired of hearing that the concerned team is working on the issue. How long does it take for finding the solution of the case?
