Videocon — D2h are responsed after recharge

Dear sir,

i am aryan srivastva from dehradun, i have an connection of d2h. As ducuss on call with d2h customer care executive, i have recharge of six-month packon 27th november 2025.

But due to some technical issue my connection is not active from that days.

I complain so many time but they dont resolve my issue till today.

My recharge amount are going to waste.

But now they dont pick my call or did not send any technician to solve my problem.

Please help me to solve this issue.
