I have purchased a brand new Novaplus 7.2 kg washing machine from Prakash Trading Co Gulabi Bagh on 5-4-2012 delivered at 9.30 pm at my residence.

On demo of the machine by company person on 7-4-12, I found leakage of drainage pipe.

Still to date no call from company and the faulty washing machine part has been replaced

I have brought a single door refrigerator almost 5 years back which is having 6 years of guaranty. Recently compressor of the refrigerator went down and the refrigerator is not working. I purchased a LCD Videcon TV through Receipt No. 18/891 dated 25.03.2012 from your dealer M/s. Shyam Raddios, Mathura.
Dealer send their technician for tuning the TV, but technician replied that CARD of TV Burned while all electrocins equipments are protected in my house by 5 KG Stablizer and TV not started since purchasing time.

It is agreed that Compnay shall send the bond for equivalent amount of the CTV Cost which is redeemable after 6 years. I complained to the Videocon Customer care which initially did not respond except for sending messages that a technician will attend soon.
