Videocon Industries — wish to upgrade my stb to the newer hd-6666 rf set top box but there is no option

I am an existing d2h customer. I have an hd-2222 rf set top box. I want to upgrade to the newer hd-6666 rf model, but i don't see any option on the
Website. I've been contacting your customer care via email but every time i get a canned response saying that i already have an hd 6666 rf model and the issue gets closed. This has happened 4-5 times already.

I want an option to swap/buy/upgrade to the newer model and its remote. The older one is really slow. Your website only has the option to upgrade from an sd box, but i already have an hd box. I just need a different model.

If the only option is to buy the whole package, i might just buy it from another provider.
