Vidya Lakshmi — Loan applied in state bank and rejected..want to apply in another bank now

I had applied for my loan in vidyalaxmi portal in state bank.
That bank is imperfect to give loan so i made it rejected and went to another bank to apply for loan..
Now in vidyalaxmi portal it's showing that rejected and no option to apply again..
