Hi, I am Adarsh Raj. I took admission in VMC CUCET online course on the 1st March 2022. The classes started on zoom app on 5th March 2022. I missed my first class because they did not provide me enough information to join the class. They send me the class schedule of March. Which shows that they are taking classes only on 7 days in entire month of March. There is no recorded lectures and classes schedule in LMS, as they had promised. After watching on their website that you can get refund. I called their staff for refund. But they told me that my course fee is not refundable. So I humbly request you to look into this matter.
