1. We enrolled our daughter to 10th class NCERT syllabus classes (Roll No 09P[protected] at VMC centre, sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi.
2. After her joining, her performance in school exams kept deteriorating. In fact, she barely managed to pass her exams.
3. On enquiring her, she told us that she is made to sit in Engineering class batches to which she was not mentally prepared.
4. On inquiry to the management staff, they said they are starting a batch for NCERT syllabus. When we asked them why they are starting the batch after 03-04months for which we enrolled our daughter, they didn't have any satisfactory answer.
5. Because of their unprofessional behaviour and wrongdoing, my daughter lost her self-confidence and was really under unwanted stress. We, as parent, were really worried.
6. We lost our trust on the institute and told them we didn't want to continue for another 6 months, for which the fees was already paid in advance, they said they don't have any refund policy.
7. Our decision not to continue with VMC was because of their wrongdoing and negligence. In spite of repeated calls and face-to-face meeting their response was ignorant.
8. They need to be made responsible for their negligence and unprofessional behaviour. Beacuse of them, our teenaged daughter went through emotional and mental trauma.
9. We request refund of our complete money and compensation for causing mental trauma, stress to school going child and putting her future prospects in uncertain.
