Cctv servicing not provided. They promised 1 year service and warranty.

In our company we ordered a cctv camera's. On that day they offered if you have any complaint regard the cameras upto 1 year they can provide free servicing. Before 7 days telephone cable wire pin damaged. I file a complaint on that issue they told we can come and resolve the problem within 24hrs. But since today i can't resolve the problem. Today i called to concern person first 2 times he cut the call after that he lift the call and started...
