Dear sir, my eb card no:[protected],[protected],[protected] on 7/10/2015 thiruvalluvar collector order to evt 959 survey no but i am in survay no 1052 and also in slime clearence bored .In spite of this korattur EB romoved my EB metter without any incumation from the day i have apporach korattur EB to reconnect my service .
