I have invested my hard earned money in Vigneshwara Developers Pvt Ltd through a barter deal in 2013 in the so called Manhattan Business Park Project, Gurgaon with a 12 % assured return. By the end of 2013-14 financial year they stopped the cheques for March 2014 saying that the Govt service tax was required to be paid, which was paid by us in the month of June, 2013 itself. After much follow up the March 2014 cheque was given in April 28th. They issued post dated cheques for July-March 2015 period without giving the April-June 2014 cheques. But the July 2014 cheque has bounced, reason given is that their accounts have been frozen. They are now saying that the management has decided that they will stop all the assured returns payments and outstanding amount will now be paid in the form of increase in the size o[censored]nits. They are also claiming that they would start the construction by October 2014. We all invesors need to unite and form a group and file a complaint with the EOW wing. Simultaneously, we should file a case in consumer court for compensation and penalties against the builders.

We have also invested in the Aquarius Cyber Park project. The last payment which we have received from the builders was for the month of March 2014 in April month after paying the service tax which they claim was due. The July 2014 cheque has bounced they are informing us that the accounts have been frozen and they has lost the case on 18th July 2014. 23rd July 2014 they would be sending draft to all the investor and planning to schedule meeting of management with all the investors. They are also informing us that management has decided that they will stop all the assured returns cheques and total amount to be paid till possession will now be paid in the form of increase in the size o[censored]nits. They are also saying that they would start the construction by November 2014 for Aquarius cyber park. We all invesor need to form one group and file a complaint in EOW Sushant Lok police station under current FIR lodge against them. I have done same thing with Arun Dev Builders and they have started returning the money to all the investors. Simultaneously, we can file case in consumer court for compensation and penalties against the builders. Let us all unite and no need to hire any lawyer as they will take advantage of this situation and will ask for remuneration.

I had also invested in Aquarius cyber park of Vigneshwara developers as all other victims with an assured return of 12% per annum. The cheque of July has been bounced by Bank. customer care of Vigneshwara is not responding at all. Even they are not bothering to picked up the telephones. No construction at all. Company is closed now. I am reading a lot of complaints about such suffering by many investors in Vigneshwara. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD. THEY ARE HIGHLY ADVERTISING IN WHOLE WORLD EXCEPT INDIA. NEW INVESTORS BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES IN INDIA. DO NOT INVEST IN INDIA AT ALL OTHERWISE YOU WILL RUIN YOUR MONEY.

Not given the APR, MAY and JUNE Cheques. JULY Cheques bounced. As per last conversation they are going to stop all the future payments. For construction part - for last 4 years their reply - construction is going to start from the next month. No return on investment - No construction - No reply. Please help for refund of money.

yes i am also one of the investors with Vigneshwar, my r assured return for march, april may and june are not paid .. and july 2014 chq was bounced . i am nri pl adv what to do . they still showing advirtisement in dubai selling these properties and fooling nri where as chq are bouncing and they are not able to pay ..i am sure very soon builder will run awau with money and he will not be located..jhis passport needs to be cancelled

I am one of the investors who is cheated by Vighneshwara... I invested in Aquarius last year and they stopped paying Assured Return after March 2014. All the checks issued since then have bounced! I had invested in Aquarius cyber park of Vigneshwara developers with an assured return of 12% per annum. The cheque of July has been rejected by Bank. customer care of Vigneshwara is not responding. I am reading a lot of complaints about such suffering by many investors in Vigneshwara. I would like to also register this complaint and expect for a resolution of this matter at the earliest. I have invested 58 lakhs rupees and paid all money through NRI account and paid service tax and once came to know that they did not pay service tax to the government and owner was behind the bars then i started contact ed other investor and at the same time March 2014 cheques was bounce and later they did not pay rest of PDC. Later 38 investor lodged FIR and they started giving PDC that is also from July onward for 9months only and promised for the rest of the PDC.

My concern is that we did not invest in financial company to just take PDC and take our own money in installment instead builder should provide construction plan and must start construction to satisfy the client.so far builder has no firm plan and in case builder is not serious to start of construction then has to return the money with interest as he is using our money for other purposes other than construction

I have invested my hard earned money in Vigneshwara Developwell Pvt Ltd in 2011 in the so called Aquarius Business Park Project with a 12 % assured return. After much follow up the March 2014 cheque was given in April 20th. They also promised to give the cheques for 2014-15 financial year by May 20th... However they have not provided the cheques for April 2014 - March 2015 yet. I wanted to seek your support to get my money refunded as there seems to be numerous issues with the developer in terms of committing fraud ( Article in TOI - 22 May 2014) as well as delay in providing cheques and not honoring cheques. This is to inform you that Vigneshwara Developers without any prior information to its customer stopped the payment of the PDC for the month of March 2014. On enquiry with its customer care dept. it was informed that it was due to the defaulting of Service Tax payment by the builder & the clients were requested to clear the one time payment to the Service Tax authorities at the earliest so that the Builder could release the new cheque for the month of March 14 & subsequently other PDCs for the FY 2014-15 will be released but in spite of our making prompt payment of our portion of the Service Tax Builder has so far failed to issue any PDCs to its clients. It is a gross violation of the Terms & Conditions of the Agreement signed between the buyer & the builder.

Vigneshwara Developers is not the only one real estate group in the market that is facing these reviews by their competitors and anonymous. Generally every builder and developer has some pros or cons, and competitors want to heightlight their cons out of the limit. They can't see the success of other group so they are trying to post these type of comments but people should think about this that how that developer is still surviving in the market because after all that developer has given something to the customers.

i have invested in this company for Manesar project for 1000 square feet in year 2006 but i have visited the site last year but only one tower structure found erected only basic construction was found and seems to be only 10% of project in place.
i would like to be part of any forum contesting for consumer rights and lodge complaint against fraudulent disclosuers of their project and to get my hard earned money back with interest.

I am Geetha Venkatesan, i have invested since 2006, on construction linked plan, they never did construction, on the other hand they raised demand for money. 2008 they were supposed to complete but nothing had started. so i approached them for refund, they said you pay complete money we pay interest and convert you to return on investment, 2011 i borrowed funds and paid which is a foolish thing i lost interest from 2006 and they are not building at all Is it another Sahara case my interst 12 lacs not given my principal 55 lacs also not being refunded.

let us share our experience its pathetic one we call gurgaon vigneshwara office and ask for our late 1 year plot possession no one give us proper reply other wise they saying its well sure n its ur plot but why not buy one more plot all hera phere people sales people there no matter hows customer feel and why customer suffer
