Vijay Motors — Incorrect information provided

I regret to say I have had a horrible experience with the TATA motors branch in vasai east (Vijay motors) and it still continues.
I met with an accident around September 2 week and brought my car in to the showroom to be fixed. When I first went Mr. Bhavesh and his boss sat down with me and clearly mentioned that my car engines is not seized hence it would cost me around 5000k to repair it. I decided to claim insurance for the same. However 2 weeks after since I got no response about the progress of my car I decided to call in. There was a major disconnect between the dealers ( Vijay motors ) and the insurance company ( future Generali) as I had to coordinate between them and make follow up calls upfront to know the status of my car which ideally I am not suppose to, not once did I receive a call from them to give me an update.
Anyway I continued my follow up very patiently for another 2 weeks to know if my insurance has been approved. To my surprise when I spoke to Mr. Rajiv (managerial level at future Generali) he told me that my car engine has seized and I will not be able to claim insurance for the same.
After asking Vijay motors(mr. santosh)many times as to how come the engine seized when I was first told it did not they have still not given me a sensible answer. Also, it is very surprising that my engine has seized without my silencer being damaged (technically speaking). All the answer I got from mr. Santosh and mr. Bhavesh is Tht my engine is damaged and a new engine will have to fit.
As a woman not coming from a mechanical background I expected them to give me the right information but after the following information that I received i do not trust this dealer and the agents working for the same.
On October 9th I asked them to give me an estimate to repair my car ( please find below the abrupt details )
October 12th:

This is the amount quoted and he said it would be an approx amount it could vary a little and mind you this msg was received after I asked them for the quote at least 5 times followed with my calls. Mr. Santosh then asked me to start following up with another agent Mr. Sachin which I did patiently

They did not call me back or follow up to find out what i would like to do. I finally decided to go ahead with the repair as i had no choice and called mr. Bhavesh on NOv 11th for an estimate He sends me the bill estimate of 27, 975 on my email which I will attach along with my complain.

Now, from 40, 500 to 27, 975 is definetly a huge difference. A difference of 12, 525.
How does one expect to trust a dealer like that who gives figures for a car accident repair that involves a difference of more than 10, 000.
As a customer right now I don't believe or trust them for the estimate amount that they have given to me now as well

I'm investing my time by typing this as I know I have been harassed and not treated well and lied to and cheated being a Tata customer. I've never had problems with any other workshop but this specific worship has troubled me.
Being a woman I believe the agents and dealers should assist a little however I know for a fact that I have been taken advantage of in terms of my car.
First they say that my engine will be repaired within 5000 as it is not seized. And surprisingly after 2 weeks it's seized. Is this the way a workshop takes care of a car.
I would appreciate if a higher authority intervenes and fixes this for me, If not I will take it to the next level as I do not trust and believe the figures quoted to me by this dealer.
