Vijay Sales — about replacement of a television.

We had bought the phillips 42"tv from vijay sale on 26th january 2015.
And on june 2018 the t. V's display were got foul,
So we give complaint to vijay sales, they send man from besides phillips company, he came and checked the television and wrote the complaint and charged the fee of 2500/- rs.
Then he told us that the foul component can come b/w 20-30 days.
Then we have waited literally for 3 months but part never came,
When we again contact to the vijay sales, they give us a replacement value of 12600/- rs.
Then we goes to the vijay sales to bought a new tv television we booked tcls 49" smart tv.
And completed the process, they said that the product will come to us in 4-5 days,
But when the time of date is come the product does not appear on its promised day, so we told them about this problem, so they told us that the another company has overtaken the past country and etc,
And again said that, when that overtaken company give that replacement value roth vijay sales which is 12600/- rs. Then they send the product to us!
We now total frustrated and we don't know what to do, they are fooling us, and we don't know that if they really willing to give us replacement or not,
So that's why we writing this complaint,
And assuming that you will take immediate action on these company please!
