[Resolved]  Vijay Sales — ac not working properly

Not cooling. Showing error e1. I have bought a voltas window ac from vijay sales on 28/5/2017 and it was installed after 3 days. Between 15 days the ac was started showing problem. I complained the issue and after a week the a technician visited and said there was a problem with its pcb. After 10 days pcb was changed but problem of cooling and showing e1 was still there then again pcb changed but even though the issue was still there. I called them many times but there is no solution. They just making me fool and playing among each other. They are not replacing the ac. Its been almost 3 months i have complained. I need either replacement of the product or product refund.
