Dear team,

I purchased microwave oven on friday from 17/08/2017 from vijay sales r city ghatkopar. It was assured by sales guy that startup kit will be given along with delivery and it was mentioned on sales order also. (Code[protected] name - akhil singh.
But, startup kit was not delivered and we followed repeatedly with store. First my calls were ignored continuously and after escalating on whatsapp complaint no., they assured delivery first on monday (21/08/2017) and then on tuesday (22/08/2017).
Instead r city store is asking me to come over.
Even 5 days after order we have not received complete order yet. I don't know if commitment can't be fulfilled by sales person in store, why false promises are made by sales person in store.

As per above subject, i have bought redmi4 mobile online from ur site,

We got the information that mobile will be get within 3 days but i dont recieved yet this mobile.
Can u please tell me on my number what happened to the service.
Ur service is too vague, not getting proper information about the mobile.

As i was facing major issue of high radiation, i am asking phone to be replace.

I was facing couple of problems in brand new phone and ask service center to change the handset but they refuse by saying we can solve the problem but can not change. You have to ask to company.
High radiation causes me daily headache and problem with ear also. As this is serious issue some action should be taken against it.
I have attached part replaced by authorized service center which was creating high radiation.

We bought videcon fully automatic washing machine from vijay sales on 10.08.2015 the machine starts giving trouble from 04.08.2017 we launch complaint with vijay sales comp no 1708b060040 the comp attanded by videcons engineer & told wire is loose & i have tighten it again the same problem continued we made complaint with videcon engineer came and said it is ok now. Same problem continue third time the videcon engineer came and said you have to replace the gear box cost for that is 4500. How it is possible when videcons engineer visited 2 times within a week and says machine is ok & next day they say you have to replace gear box

I have booked panasonic microwave nnct644mfdg on 30.06.2017 at opera house branch of vijay sales - delivery date was 15th july 2017. However, so far i have not received the delivery till this date. Every day i am called on their customer care number. However, they say that scheduled date of delivery is not yet fixed and they tell me to contact at opera house branch. Opera house branch phone number always come busy. It is very unfortunate that a company like vijay sales have so much deficiency in their services. They do not even inform what is the problem. Its causing mental agony. I do not know when they are going to deliver my product.

I will purchasing redmi 4 16 gb 18th aug 2017 at 5. O'clock in Chembur vijay sales and come home but mobile not accepting charging and 19th aug 2017going in vijay sales shop after vijay sale person told me not replace this mobile go to mobile service centre so, I will going 21st Aug 2017 in redmi service centre and this guy told me consumers damage in charging port so, what I do

11th aug vijay sales engineer visit and check vise tv why not working, he told main board had some issue, so that new main board of tv req so that main board of tv from vise company taking one week but after one week completed such require action not done also not received such part of tv. Vijay sales custemer care said vise tv company call me but they not call or msg me. Its take lots of time. Please do urgently

As per your reply we were expecting the company representative or in that matter any one of vijay sales consumer services to call us or give a proper solution for the regarding problem but nothing as such has happened till date.
In the replied mail you stated that we would get a call in several days; and what did you exactly meant by several days because there's always a certain amount of time given to solve the query.

I am purchase vise t. V at 21/4/2016. After 3 year warranty period.10 july 2017 t. V display problem. So i am registered complete vise service center. (Complete no.1707b110001).
But, after 1 month company dispachtv for repiare. After 1week there no respone. (Poor service of company)

We bought a whirlpool washing machine just 25 days back and in just 2 days the drum inside was not working, the technician was followed and it somehow was revealed that the machine is faulty and the belt is wrong which makes the machine work. After that every alternate day the machine doesn't work a technician comes and says that he will tell for a replacement. Every single day i speak with the customer care take the name and reference number but no resolution of the problem. Whirlpool has clearly stated that vijay sales is very good in making a fool of people. It costs rs 33000/- which is expensive to a comman man. It's very irritating to everyday call a person and wait for a technician. I would like to know the legal department and will surely take this matter to the consumer court and further to courts and i am very sure vijay sales for this attitude will land in trouble. Nobody gives me the right information and whirlpool directly says we have been cheated. We bought a sony tv cost rs 1, 25, 000 /- and guess what it was completely in scratches on arrival. Got replaced after 5 days. Is there nothing called as quality check or control? I need someone to either replace the machine or give us or money back because u can't make business by fooling people.

Vijay sales mahim provide fake promotional offers dates & change offer the next day. I was told on 13th aug that the refrigerator offer is valid till 15th aug & when i visited the store to purchase it they increase the amount to another rs.900. I still purchased it out of emergency. They promised next day delivery on 16th aug... Wen i see no one turning up... I called them & they say the delivery is for 17th aug. I have a proof on bill that the delivery is for 16th aug... After long arguments i see no valuable response or any service. No compensation... They have no value for their customers... Especially the manager... Very bad.

Spa 9080b speakers with mic. Mic not working and unprofessional attitude of vijay sales rajouri garden delhi towards customer.

With reference to above this is to state that i have purchased one speaker set philips spa 9080b on 20.02.2017 from vijay sales rajouri garden delhi outlet. When today tried to lodge complait against the same called at rajouri outlet at around 11.30 am they didn't picked up phone on several occasions no.[protected]. At 11.45 am phone was picked by ms geeta she said this speaker is not serviceable at home we have to pick it up and then will be repaired. She also told me to call back in 10 min but didn't called up. When i called again at 12.00 some other ma'am ms anju picked and talked very rudely. She said we had lodged the complaint and i told the complaint was lodged by me at ur uttam nagar outlet since u were not picking phone. Ms anju said u are not letting us work and we can't attend calls before 11.30. U let us work on ur issue. This kind of attitude is not good i believe. Kindly take action and get my mic replaced as soon as possible.

Not cooling. Showing error e1. I have bought a voltas window ac from vijay sales on 28/5/2017 and it was installed after 3 days. Between 15 days the ac was started showing problem. I complained the issue and after a week the a technician visited and said there was a problem with its pcb. After 10 days pcb was changed but problem of cooling and showing e1 was still there then again pcb changed but even though the issue was still there. I called...

I am writing this complaint for order number[protected] SO 186, i visited the Shahdra Branch of Vijay Sales on August 6 and bought 3 products (Samsung washing machine, Videocon LED 32 Inches and Maharaja Food Processor). The Maharaja food processor and Videocon LED both received damaged, broken and not working. Till now i have not received the replacement of the damaged not working products.

I have been following up with the Shadra Branch ever since and they are not capable of resolving my complaints.

The staff gave false information and misguided me as a customer.

I will be lodging a registered complaint with consumer forum for the same.

I went to vijay sales Borivali West to ask about a refrigerator which I am willing to buy so I approached a salesman alotted to that zone. First of all he declined to give me any brochures about the products, later he told me not to click a picture of the product saying it is not allowed to take picture of any product, so I told him to give me a piece of paper which contains the model no. And the prices so that I can compare between 3 products and decided so he says no to that and tells me to buy it from Amazon cz they display their prices. I think if their salesman are only not interested in selling then they should shut their shop. It's a matter of spending 60-70k on a refrigerator which is my hard earned money and if the salesman can respect the customer then there should be strict action taken against them. I hope the store management gets it by this source

I had purchased 39inch philips led from your shop.. But from last 21st july my led is not working due to panel issue.. Many times i had registered complaint in philips customer care & vijay sales customer care. But still my problem is not resolve.
Many times i was tried to philips executive mr,. Prashant, pawar, prajapati, shailesh but all r helpless..
Last 26 days i am waiting for favorable action.. Now my pesions are at the last stage.. If my problem is not resolve upto 16 august 2017, then 'i will return my product to vijay sale panvel branch'..

I have purchased this phone. The battery keeps draining. I called the cust care & followed instructions but problem is still there. I called cust care but they say there is no authorized service center in thane, but your persons say there is one
Now problem is where should i give. I also am your regular customer and i do not expect this to happen

We have purchased a VISE LED UHD VKT43U501 from Vijay Sales Thane Branch V No : 156-SWR08-16SIFPAWUF ; Code :[protected] on 13th August 2016. On 22nd July 2017 a spark occurred at the left corner side of the TV and the sides started deforming and since then the border gets hot whenever TV is switched on . For two days there were line at the bottom of the television and now the display is completely gone. We launched a complain regarding this situation at Vijay Sales Customer Care on 24th July 2017 and we are not getting a satisfied answer and help from them. The mechanic did visit us on 26th July 2017 but he reported a false statement that the LED was PHYSICALLY damaged.
A mail was also sent to costumer care on 3rd August 2017 but they didn't revert back. We also complained regarding the issue at Tip-Top Plaza-Thane West from where the product was purchased and they said they would sent a mechanic soon but; the mechanic hasn't arrived yet. Even today we called the respective branch questioning why the mechanic was not sent and they replied in a rude way that they cannot help us any further and we could do whatever we want to.
We have been purchasing all sort of electronics product from Vijay Sales since 1992 and we never were so disappointed like this time. The services are degrading as the company is expanding.

We purchase l g washing machine from vijay sales maninagar branch on 31.07.17. At a time sales, sales executive say we provided demo at your home but no one person come for service. When we open the product we found that the washing machine body was creak. We try to complain on company no[protected] on daily & continue basis but every time company no as a busy tune or not attending by company person. On 11.08.17 we success for adding my complain to company & company persion also come to home but they say it wiil replace after paying charges.
I can not understand that?

Your customer care number not connected or not reply by your attendant.?
You asking complain file by you after 10 days & we not consider.

Very bad experienced facing for purchased of Toshiba Brand TV from your store. I bought Toshiba TV in 2015 from Thane Vijay Sales shop with 3 year warranty offer. Invoice detail-162-GDB06-15SIF93 dated:14.06.2015. It is still in the warranty. And same TV was raise technical problem n so I given complaints to Vijay Sales & on customer care on 12th July 2017. They told me to wait for 15 days for repairing & replacing the spoil part. But till today's date the problem is unsolved. Every day I am calling on customer care every time they are telling that complaint forwarded to higher authority .But till date the issue was pending and no one replying me on mail or not sharing any detail of my complaint from Vijay sale team. This is ridiculous. Company's reputation is spoiled here. I want my TV repair with replaced part asap b'se it cost worth rs 48000/-. Do it fast. Waiting for the reply.
