I am Faizul Qureshi, last year in 2021 lockdown time I have bought a Brand New Daikin AC with VS+ Extended Warranty from Vijay Sales.
Now after completing 1 year my AC stops working. Then I complained about this issue to Vijay sales support team as I have VS + 2 years extended warranty with them.
After complaining, engineers from Vijay sales service partner Onsitego visited my house to get the AC repaired. But instead of fixing it, it completely damaged my AC indoor unit.
Now after more than 3 weeks in a row with Vijay's sales teams over email and call I haven't found a solid solution to this.
I am still living in my house without AC because of worst consumer service provided by Vijay sales and Onsitego.
I am experiencing the worst customer service ever by Vijay Sales Support Team. and hope no one experiences that.
I recommended no one buy VS+Extended Service from them to avoid this kind of experience. Was this information helpful? |
