I have ordered an Apple watch from the Vijay Sales Online Website on April 19-2022, I expected it to be received in 1-3 business days as specified in the website. But even after 4 days I haven't received any communication from Vijay sales team, So I called the help line number of Hyderabad - then they replied that my order is not even placed and they processed on my call.
Now i expected it to arrive at least in next 3 days but yet no receipt and still no communication - they I again called back the Hyderabad Team - they said that there delivery partner hasn't even picked up it yet - it is still in origin Place - there is an issue with blue dart .
So I waited couple of more days and checked the blue dart tracking number, but its still at origin until 27th - then I have called to Hyderabad Customer care number and specifically asked to cancel the order and refund my money .
then they called back and said that order has been dispatched, now even if you cancel the order the package shall come back which takes 2 days more - then once the package received to us back then in 7-9 working days you will get refund.
So on 29/04/2022 i received this package - i opened it to check whether same product or not . to my shock it is Samsung Galaxy Buds which is of 7000 and that also seal broken one .
When i reported the same to the Hyderabad Customer care center - they said the person to whom your apple watch is sent is not lifting the call, so you should wait . I asked for immediate refund as early as possible - when I called to Mumbai customer care they even tried to rattle me that " Have you ever Bought online ? Vijay Sales is very big company not your dhukaan " that's one hell of polite reply from customer service.
So I Finally resort to Consumer forum to bring justice in this case.
